Did not see that his main comp was next to township dumpster and other comps were pulled from worse school district (Belmont hills). Lied about the guidelines he allegedly had to follow (within .8 miles radius, settled within last 3 months, within +/-25% sq). There are no such hard guidelines. Yes they were a thing the year that I was born but it's really time for PA to stop selling outdated apartments at an overpriced rate and just do away with them. Maybe it's because I'm from NY where yeah you're paying an arm and a leg for rent but no one would dare sell you an apartment that was last renovated the year that I was born. The amenities are awesome but the price for these apartments are outrageous. You could get a more modern, luxurious apartment with the same amenities, if not better at the KOP Town Center. If you don't mind paying 2,400 for an overpriced "upgraded" apartment that still feels old, then this is your place to be. I would save an extra headache and take the extra precautions. If their business email keeps getting hacked more than once. That is fishy. One time is okay maybe but 2-5 times getting your email hacked. Almost getting scammed out of 90$ is ok but my house is my prize possession and I would have to trust my real estate agent. I don't care what this person says below. No way does your business email keep getting back and trying to scam others in different states. Keep yourself safe.
