I am a new homeowner in Sunset Valley Estates, Filing 1. I purchased and moved int0 my new home the…read moremiddle of June 2021. This subdivision is one in which Kim Kerk's company is the only contact I've been given for the developer. The developer is responsible for providing irrigation system for the subdivision. As a new homeowner, I was not notified about any delays in the irrigation at loan and property closing. We have Home Owner Dues we "have to" pay, and a good portion of those dues are for irrigation to our homes. As of the later part of August 2021, the subdivision still has no working irrigation. We've been given excuse after excuse by Kim, and the last update from Kim was we'd have a fully functional system this week (w/e 8/20/21), yet again... no irrigation. The development is sold out for Filing 1 and some have been living here since March 2021. We all have dirt and cannot get yards in until the developer irrigation is in. I would rate Kim as "poor" on my scale for follow-up, oversight and customer service. I would not buy into this subdivision (Sunset Valley Estates, any Filing) unless and until there is proof the irrigation system is finally up and working.

They did come back the next day to re-clean at no charge, which I appreciated, but the final result still felt underwhelming for a move-out clean. I was also billed a higher hourly rate than originally quoted, which was only corrected after I pointed it out. Friendly people, but quality control, attention to specific requests, and billing accuracy are concerns.

The team worked for 5-6 hours, cleaning the floors and baseboards, the overhead light fixtures, and virtually everything in-between, leaving the house spotless. The entire team worked really hard and the company owners were professional and made booking quite easy (even though we had to reschedule more than once). We are very pleased with the outcome! We started with a power point presentation which covered a lot of useful information. We then went to the range which was the best part. Safety was always the main concern, and Micah went above and beyond to ensure that we were safe. We started with some dry fire exercises and then progressed to live rounds. We played out several scenarios in which you would need to make the decision to shoot or not shoot. It was very exciting, and it really made me think. I feel much more comfortable about daily carry since I took this course. I will be back to take more courses and will be bringing my wife too.

My boyfriend and I attended this event for Grey Wolf Protective Industries as the owner invited my boyfriend while networking with him at his place of business. My boyfriend happily agreed and was legitimately excited to support a small business via donations and to network with others in our town. Now this event had air-soft which neither of us were interested in at all, again we just wanted to network and support them. Before we get to Rocky Mountain Gun Club we checked to see if my boyfriends open carry was allowed in the facility, which it was so long as we followed the rules they set in place to make it safe for everyone...which we did to a T. I'd also like to add that the event post never stated we couldn't bring his open carry so we thought we were fine. We get to the event, and greeted with a very miserable young lady who obviously didn't care to be there and made that very apparent to anyone walking in. We then get stopped by the "boss" whom is overseeing the event only to be told he doesn't know if a firearm is allowed in the building and that he point blank told us that he "should of looked into this before the event." Strike 2 for not doing your do diligence, whatever. He then leaves to go ask about the firearm and left us to twiddle our thumbs for 15 minutes. He comes back to tell us it's not allowed, that we could come back after depositing his gun back in the truck. At this point both of us are disgusted at how everything was handled and left. We then left a review for him on his page and this is where we get to see him being a pompous dick and his reply. Listed below is all the lovely screen shots of his disgusting and appalling reply and what the event description had from the get go. I highly recommend not doing any sort of business with this disaster.
