Thankfully, without ANY assistance or follow up or follow through from her, we were able to obtain alternate insurance, better coverage for a MUCH better rate! Nevertheless, we went approximately 3 days without coverage, which could have been tragic. Best advice, find a different Agent because she is not only not knowledgeable, she is lazy and gives false information.
