As the owner, He repeatedly fails to respond to emails and phone calls, forcing me to constantly follow up for even the most basic communication. When I did receive a response, it came with excuses instead of solutions. He is extremely unprofessional, a liar, and misleading. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. I left feeling like my business wasn't valued and that my time didn't matter. An insurance agent should be reliable, responsive, and respectful--this experience was the opposite. He doesn't search for insurance policies that fit your needs as we quickly found another brokerage that found us many options. I sent an email immediately after our phone call as he requested. In the email I requested confirmation and asked for a response by the 6th. I did not receive any reply. When I followed up I wouldn't get a response. seven days later by phone, I was initially told he was not in the office. Shortly after, I heard him in the background and he then came to the phone. He stated the office had been closed for the past three days, but this did not explain the lack of response to the email sent a week prior. Communication throughout this process has been inconsistent and difficult to obtain. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this office based on my experience. Ps: to his ex wife that works for him, he bashed you to his clients, multiple times. Letting his unprofessional show. He's a big idiot with a bigger ego.
