I used my insurance company mail in service for many years due to the supposed cost savings, and had forgotten how useful it is at times to be able to ask the pharmacist questions about the drugs I was taking, or about other minor health issues. But after a number of problems with the computer generated refill service, I decided to check out how much it would cost to buy my prescriptions locally at brick and mortar stores. Ralph's cost was equal to or lower than the 4 other pharmacies I checked with, and was within "pennies" of the mail order prices. And no more problems talking to a "computer" trying to get a refill sent when I need it, or cancel a prescription when the doctor changes the drugs I'm taking. Ive actually driven by it many times, so I was aware of their existence and location. The staffers were very friendly, easygoing and professional. I described what I needed, and provided special ribbon to include in the design. There was a phone call to remind me that the arrangement was ready, and that the florist closed early on Saturday (very much appreciated this reminder). At pick-up, I was helped immediately. When the designer of the arrangement pulled my order from the cooler, I was speechless about how perfect it was: the specific measurements were correct, the ribbon I requested to include was used perfectly, it had a wonderful unique and asymmetrical design, and the assortment of white flowers was beautiful. And there were A-LOT of flowers. I was expecting tons of green filler, but the green was just an accent. This was for a very special occasion, so I gave them a budget of $80. Yeah - paying THAT much for something that's just gonna whither away? Yeah - I get it. But in the end, I was SO HAPPY, as were the others at this event. This is my go-to florist from now on.
