He was super friendly, responded quickly to my Yelp messages, and showed up on time! My car had lots of dog fur in it and Andre worked hard to get it all cleaned up. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

Due to their lack of accountability, I am now in the process of taking this matter to small claims court.
