After several years of having 3 vehicles under a subscription, my new truck WAS DAMAGED IN THE CAR WASH, leaving scratches down both sides of the vehicle.  Incident Claim was filed and they said that cameras could not see any previous damage when it came in but that camera pics were grainy so they denied the claim since they couldn't be sure.  I don't need their money, and I am aware they are a large business and don't need mine.  This review is personally therapeutic and if it keeps one person from getting their car washed at Mister, it was worth the minute it took to type it. read more

Paid $20 for the top wash. My car was still dirty. The back was actually muddy because the system doesn't clean the backside! I spent 10 minutes trying to clean the water streaked mud off the back when I stopped for gas! Now I remember i had the same experience at a Mister Wash in Cedar Park. If you go to get a car wash make sure you check your trunk of your vehicle excess soap does not get rinse off. Spoke with the regional manager Jonathan and said that's the way our system is we are not a full service car wash. For $30 a month for unlimited is a complete rip off. To only have to correct the problem they caused by going through the car wash. Do not recommend going to this facility. read more

I have had positive experiences every time I come here. Unlike another car wash a few streets west, this one opens a few minutes early and allows cars a few minutes late (before open time and after close time). They smile, wave, and say "thank you." Got a free coupon and decided to try them out. When you first enter the wash, they pre-spray your car. On my turn, they didn't even spray/scrub the passengers side. The guy plugging in the numbers was too focused on the next car. Car wash was not all that great. Went back 30 days later and paid for the $18 wash. This time they didn't even scrub or pre-spray drivers side of truck. After wash, they hand dry the car. This was done well. Still had dirt located around windshield wipers though. Sad. On both occasions the line was pretty long and it seems as though the mindset they have is to just get the vehicles through the process. Quantity vs. Quality type issue. The cars are so close together during the wash that if someone doesn't go forward after they hand dry, the next car will hit you. I think this is the flaw in their process...get them through as fast as possible. read more

WORST CAR WASH PLACE I am a member of the unlimited wash club and you have to have it in order to get your car SOMEWHAT clean. I have a black truck so it is crucial to have a wash plan; however, I am switching to either racer car classic or mighty wash because this car wash stinks. I had to go through twice and it still didn't get all of the dirt off (see picture). Not only that but I had eyeballs staring at me from the staff for going through a second time and I felt like they were judging me. I always have streaks, dirt pockets, and an over bad experience. The only good thing about this place is that you feel very cool pulling up to the unlimited wash gate and having it open for you. Other than that, be prepared to go through multiple times and to get out afterward and dry off your vehicle with your own microfiber towels because they always miss huge spots like outside cameras, back truck windshield, and tails gate step. Extremely frustrated! My truck was not that dirty just mild due to a recent rain storm. It always seems to get more dirtier than when it goes in! Any other car wash could've handled it read more

Every time I leave this car wash, even as a member, my F250 pickup back windows look like they have never entered a car wash. Most of the time there is no one there as you are pulling out to wipe down any windows and your vehicle leaves there soaking wet. On the days when there is someone present standing there, they do not address any dirty spots. It is more often than not I go back through a second time. This is far from the old fashioned car wash that actually washed your vehicle. The last time I went in, before canceling my membership, the wash ripped out a truck part. I spoke with the manager & he took pictures & said the general manager would be getting back with me. I write this at 6 weeks and have yet to hear back from anyone. Calls were made daily to the Indiana location & I have yet to be able to speak to anyone regarding this. I highly recommend if you want a car wash that gets your car clean & takes care of any damage while doing so to find another business. Absolutely terrible customer service and very poor management. read more

I really loved this place when I first started with the unlimited package, but I'm thinking of changing now. The location closest to my house switched from hand dry to a roller thing and I think it actually makes my car dirtier. So I drive to the Quaker location, but that one lately hasn't been doing a good job on my car either and I've been noticing little scratches in the paint. read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever gotten. I was first created by a very rude young lady that was ready to charge me. I told her I have not been here before I usually use another car wash but I was on this side of town and thought to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE. She pointed at the board of washes, which give little to no detail about the wash, and stared at me. After I paid she took my money and said "wait, I have to write on your car" it took me by surprise she wrote on my window and just walked away. No receipt or anything. The car wash itself was awful. After I got out to vacuum the entire windshield still had spots on it and the back of my car was still dirty. My front number still had bugs over it. I didn't pay for the cheapest wash either which is not what I was expecting. Worst experience ever I will not be coming back as wasting my money!!!!! I won't be going here any longer. I got the 18$ package with the protectant and hot wax. Only to notice after my trip there were scratches all over the hood from one side to the other. I would recommend inspecting your vehicle immediately after any car wash you go to. read more

By far the worst car wash I've had. Paid the $18 for the "platinum" wash and it was anything but! The back of my car looked like it hadn't even been touched. All of the windows were still dirty. I will never use Mister Car Wash again or ever recommend them again. My vehicle was damaged and all they told me was that the clips were too old holding my light on. Mister Car Wash on 4th street no longer has hand drying. A roller and heat dry has been added instead. Car is not dried well with this new feature and car is left spotted. I'm currently an unlimited member but will discontinue and find a new car wash. read more

I have been coming to this location since it was Extreme car wash. Once it was sold to Mister Car Wash I noticed lots of improvements being done and even signed up for the monthly deal. Once again good improvements with the lane for the monthly people to zoom thru. But the local manager on site is not doing the job. On the last THREE washes the wipe down guys used the same old dirty and greasy rags to wipe my windshield and car down. Just horrible performance all three times. As a business owner it was my job to make sure all 32 of my employees were doing exceptional work. I had to wipe my own car down the last THREE times myself. It is a management problem but also an employee problem. I would have fired all three of them if I was the owner and was doing a test wash. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile, but three times in a row is inexcusable! I will try another wash location and check if it is just this location or a company wide problem. read more

I have always had my car washed here but yesterday (1-31-16) I was very disappointed in the service I received! They barely even sprayed my car with any water much use the brushes to clean any of the bugs off the front of the car or the windshield! Usually they spray the mud off my running boards - I watched them spray the car in front of me but they did not touch mine. Yes my car was much cleaner but it was not what I paid for!! read more

I have been a long time customer since they first opened as Xtreme Car Wash and became a monthly customer when they started that. I loved Xtreme and they always did a great job. It was still good when they sold and became a Mister Car Wash. Lately though their service and the quality of their car washes have gone downhill in a big way. The last time I went was the worst! Not only did the girl not offer to spray the front for bugs, but when I get to the start of the wash lane there was only a single person there who barely brushed the grill then sent me through. Several months ago they switched to an automated tire cleaner from having someone actually do it and the results have been terrible with a hit and miss application. When I got to the end where they towel you car off, the two guys barely wiped half of the windshield, barely wiped the outside mirrors [they quit blowing the mirrors with air months ago and didn't get the back bumper [and the dirt still there] at all. When the month's membership is up, that is it for me at this carwash.........The SERVICE IS AWFUL NOW! read more
