I need an attorney to review our legal documents and I've had some work done by this office…read morepreviously. So I called, explained what I needed and set up an appointment. (I'm looking to have my will and power of attorney reviewed.) A few days later I receive a questioner from this office about all our finances and holdings. So I called them and asked why I received this, that it has nothing to do with my request. They told me to ignore it. Then the corona virus hit Troy. I called and asked if I could drop off our existing papers and then do a phone interview to get the process started. I was told no, the attorney would not allow that. About an hour later I received a call that the attorney would allow it but it would be at least 3 weeks before we could talk via telephone. Nope. Not helpful to me. I found a different attorney. I gave it a 2 because of my previous experience here. That's the only reason.
