I did submit photos of the vehicle prior to my appointment, and when I got to Mars Larry had reviewed the photos and suggested that I only tint the front windows as the others had factory tint. They were friendly and more than happy to tint the windows that needed tinting to match the others. When I picked up my crossover I was beyond impressed! I got a tiny pen tip sized rock chip on the drivers side and the glass started cracking across the windshield and was making 1/2 moon cracks as it went across that are not connected to each other. I have read that it is caused from a faulty windshield or faulty installation.
