We had carpet installed by this company in 3 rooms of our house last year. The problems started on…read morethe day of installation and they continue to this day. The installer damaged several parts of our home on the day of installation. From scratching numerous walls while bringing the carpet in the house, to chipping and breaking several pieces of woodwork. When confronted the owner initially denied responsibility but soon changed his mind and accepted responsibility blaming some personal issues his installer was dealing with for the poor workmanship. He offered to send his son over to repair the damage. When I told him that was not acceptable and that he needed to have a professional repair the damage, he became very rude and reverted to denying responsibility. I chose to do the repairs myself instead of having to deal with this rude, unethical, incompetent company any further. Fastforward a year and the poor workmanship continues to show its face. We have multiple bubbles in the carpet in each room and they are getting worse by the day. So if you are considering using this company in an effort to support a local business as we were, save yourself some money and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

She stayed in touch just about every day to let us know where things were at and her team at Province were all very professional, very competent and great to work with. We lowered our payoff date by 5 years and got a rate more than a point lower than what we had been paying (we bought our house last May but it was already worth refinancing for those two reasons and because our mortgage payments are still a bit lower). Also important to note is that when we first started thinking about refinancing in the fall, Ava worked with us but suggested we hold off for a better rate. As soon as the rates dropped, she got in touch and we went from application to closing in just a matter of weeks. Final thought ... our original mortgage lender was pushed on us by the builder of our house. Not everyone with a pressure washer should be washing your home! He does a "soft wash" on siding. If someone inexperienced just comes along & pressure washes your siding..you risk damaging it! They may rip a hole in it or bring a piece of siding right off your home costing you more $$ in getting someone to come repair/replace that area! Gregg's prices are extremely reasonable. Give him a chance to give you a quote & explain his service & why his experience is worth considering! East Bay Pressure Wash also applies something to the surface after the cleaning is done to retard the regrowth keeping your home looking great longer, saving you money. On the list was East Bay Pressure Wash located in Warren RI. They came out quickly and gave us an extremely competitive quote, told us what their services would entail and even was able to take care of some moss we had growing on our garage roof. At the time, they were running a special for 10% off and even though we didn't have the coupon from the reporter, offered us the discount. It was about a three week wait to have the house done, but they arrived on time and got started promptly. Midway through, the sky opened up, and it began to pour. Thankfully, the rain was not a deterrent and as soon as the rain slowed down, they resumed the cleaning. I would say all in all it took no more than two hours to complete the job and the house looks amazing! We would highly recommend East Bay Pressure Wash if you are looking for a professional and reliable company to take care of cleaning the outside of your house. Both Robert and his coworker were friendly and professional, they carefully moved all of our Christmas "stuff" off the porch before cleaning, and they put everything back exactly the way it was.
