Their daughter and son are on the ladders and roofs doing the installation. When they say family business, they mean it. They do everything: cleaning, installation, gutter guards, repairs, service. I needed a complete overhaul. This was the best experience I've ever had, start to finish. Mom answered my first call. Professional, friendly, clear, got me scheduled fast. When Dad came out for the estimate, he walked the property, explained what was wrong with my existing system, and laid out exactly what they'd do to fix it. No upselling. Just honest assessment and a very fair price. My old gutter system wad a disaster. Poorly engineered, poorly maintained, falling apart. I'd been afraid of rain for six months because water was overflowing everywhere it shouldn't. All Family came in, tore out the entire system, removed parts that didn't need to be there, installed high-quality materials and gutter guards that actually made sense for the house. Half a day. Done. With the gutter guards they installed, I won't need to clean my gutters for at least five years. No ladders. No scooping leaves. They found rotted wood behind the section over my porch. Replaced it. Didn't ask for more money. Just fixed it because it needed fixing. When your family name is on the business, you can't cut corners. Your reputation goes home with you every night. Everything's guaranteed for five years. Dad said he's coming back in five years to check the system and make sure everything's still working right. That's service. Three hours after they started, our house, porch, deck, and gutters were shiny and clean. Both Robert and his coworker were friendly and professional, they carefully moved all of our Christmas "stuff" off the porch before cleaning, and they put everything back exactly the way it was. My family and I had a very unpleasant experience with this business and in particular with the Office Manager Claire DelTufo. We hired them to fix a leaky pipe in my brother's home that we are trying to sell. After the first time around that the two men showed up to "fix" the pipe, my dad took a look at it later on and noticed it was still leaking so he called and asked them to come back - turns out another part was needed because the worker broke that part when trying to work on the pipe so my dad bought it and gave it to them to "finish" the job (we'll see if they decide to charge us for the part my dad bought with his own money based on the conversation I had with Claire which I'll get into momentarily.) We then find out that the pipe is still leaking because an assessor came in and mentioned it. So my dad fixed it as soon as possible as it was clear that Del Tufo Plumbing & Heating is unreliable. I then gave a call to the office and the first woman I spoke to was very pleasant but she said that Claire would have to give us a call back to get more information from us. A couple of minutes later, Claire called us and had an attitude straight off the back. When we explained what happened, she was like "Well what do you want? Money off the bill?". I of course said that would be nice since they didn't actually fix the pipe but she then refused that request in a very loud and aggressive tone. I then said ok to the denial of requesting money off the bill but then asked if she could provide feedback to the men that did the job since they did not actually fix the pipe and I do not want this problem to happen to someone else. She proceeded to scream at me about how she trusts her workers and doesn't understand why she should give them that type of feedback and that we should expect a bill soon. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you need to deal with Claire as she is incredibly mean, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

The back of my new home didn't have gutters at all! Dave came out promptly and was super professional and friendly in giving the quote. I had to take a work call and he gracefully left the quote in my mailbox. I called him up to discuss and accept and he penciled in my job. Due to winter, they couldn't come right away, but Dave called me once we got some clearer days and the guys showed up exactly on time. It was amazing how fast the team worked- everyone had their job and they worked in perfect synchrony. The 3 gutter installers were packed up and showing me the finished install within only a few hours of being there. They told me they had 3 jobs that day. Aluminum is expensive - and when I asked the team to leave me the old downspouts for me to use as extensions they did so and left them in a neat pile, easily saving me a bunch of money if I were to repurchase at a local store. Overall, gutters don't seem that glamorous but there is a lot of peace of mind knowing how smooth and "seamless" the experience went.
