Had a deep tissue massage from Liz. It was better than many massages I have had but not the best. She applied a decent amount of pressure although it could have been more, but in all fairness, I did not ask for more pressure. I did express at the beginning that I liked A LOT of pressure and it's nearly impossible to hurt me. She did a lot of stretching of the muscles more than working out the knots. It felt good but was not as therapeutic as I had hoped. She also spent an inordinate amount of time on the scalp and a little to the face. She asked prior to the massage if I wanted her to do the face and specifically the TMJs. I said no thanks because I do not have any issues there. I requested the hour massage to only be on the neck and back. I got it any way. I would be sure to specify again next time, skip the scalp and face. I found this place after my appointment with Mineral Bodyworks was canceled due to scheduling issues. Chrissy not only did an amazing job, but was able to see me the same day I called. Wow! This studio has barely any therapists, they never answer the phone and kind of difficult to schedule an appointment.

The prices are fantastic and they offer ashiatsu style massages which are great if you love a lot of pressure. Haley did a fantastic job and relieved a lot of knots and tension in my shoulders! Decided to get a massage because of crazy shoulder pain and the wonderful people at Chrissy's were able to get me in. I got massaged by Liz and it was definitely a good experience. This place is AMAZING!! Save your time and money from going to a commercial studio and book an appointment with Haley! Just let her do her thing and you will be SO grateful! On Wednesday, (now Friday), I couldn't life my head when trying to turn my alarm off and was sobbing because my neck was in so much pain. After researching different massage studios around BCS, I saw that Chrissy's had the best reviews and an opening later that day! I am so grateful that they were able to help me and my neck pain was gone the next day! I got to meet Chrissy at the end of my massage and she worked on my neck even more.
