I understood I was going to have to wait for it to be built that was ok. It was built in my backyard. The 2 men who constructed the building dropped plenty of nails in the yard I found dragging a magnet around the area. I figured my lawnmower shooting nails and grass cuttings out at the same time would be dangerous. The *roll* didn't latch as the hole and the pin were not lined up. The flashing on the top was bent and would catch on the latch preventing it from closing. I went into the Bossier location and spoke to the lady there she was very nice and said she would put in a work order for it to be repaired and it might take a while. I checked back with them August 14th and she resubmitted a work order. I never saw anyone come out and fix anything. October 4th lady at Bossier office was supposed to call me back she was contacting plant manager. Well, it is now December 1st and I have had someone else come fix the roll door. Yes, I had to pay them too. I paid $8,600 for a shed that had a $800 roll door that would not work right and no one made this right!. Poor business practices. We have been in business in Bossier for 38Years and it was NOT because we treated customers like this. Shame on you.

I was told upon renting that there was a strict no food policy in units to avoid rats and rodents…read more 6mths into renting my space I had rats all through my things eating through boxes of my belongings. The property manager new rats were there, had been in my unit putting down poison and didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me. When I asked I was told "we tried to handle it ourselves without bothering any of the renters". They said another renter behind me had food in their unit and it brought the rats to mine. Secondly they will not work with you on payments. The goal is to sell your things at auction after one month's missed payment! The following month your things are gone through, thrown around(broken or opened!) and priced for them to sell. When I moved out I couldn't even throw things away in the dumpster on site per the property manager Anisa ! I had to put boxes full of rats nest and droppings into my car and transport to a dumpster off site. This was the worst experience I've had renting a storage ever. I would never use them again.
