Brandon was my service tech. brought the car in. they looked it over. ordered the part. was to come to come back when the part came in. in and out in no time.. (somehow, someway, we all missed seeing that the USB's were missing. myself included. so came back. Brandon was out. so I dealt with Mike. from Brandon's team. both were very nice and knowledgeable. they get the part installed. I'm up and on my way in no time. I thought for sure I was going to get some song & dance about...well you've had the car for awhile now. we don't know what you could have done with it. no, none of that. they just acknowledged the fact the part was missing. ordered a new one. installed it. no charge for anything! everything was beautiful. the service department here is a pleasure to do business with. I have only good things to say about Brandon, Mike and Mark the service manager. I just wish they were closer to me. all this took place while this corona virus was taking place

I was driving along on my way home from the gym, and somehow managed to pick up a nail in my tire. This was 8:45 AM. That sound of a flat is unmistakable. From the CVS to about the Rita's in town, it was obvious I had a problem. I called Rob, he said pull over I'll come get you. I pulled over, realized I had some air pressure, and he was only about half a mile up the road so I decided to risk it and drive there. Get there, he takes my car out, hears the sound, throws it up on a lift, finds the nail, fixes my tire, and I'm out of there by 9:10. This would've been the second time Rob has rescued me from a flat. $23 is all he charged me. You would not get that kind of personal assistance from some large chain.

I had to get a whole new air filter put in because you bent the filter and could not use that one. The tire sensor still is showing and says it needs to be fixed and was never changed. They over price on things. An oil change is really expensive compared to garages around them and also in Chester Springs area. The tire sensor I paid $313 when I had it priced at another garage and all it is is a battery for $123. I have been trying to get a hold of them regarding my experience and no one gets back to me. I suggest trying another garage before going there unless you have a lot of money to give them and no answers.

Now irked, he claimed he said he was going to use my credit card to order the part when we talked after his initial look at the car. I would have remembered this -- he was unclear. He was snide and condescending through subsequent texts. He did text that I need not pay him for the initial look (which gets him two stars over one). He said he could fix my car eight days later, ... "possibly." That was it for me with Irwin's... He was great over the summer on another issue I had but he dropped the ball this go around in his failure to communicate.
