collision shop is absolute trash. I thought my 2020 visit here was a fluke due to Covid. it still took them a month to fix my car. February 26 2026 I unfortunately took my car here again. It's been over three weeks now to fix much less damage then from 2020. I was told it should be ready early this week. it's thursday and I've heard absolutely nothing. it doesn't help that apparently only one person can deal with you and if they don't answer the phone no one else is willing to help you. please save yourself time and money and go absolutely anywhere else! read more

Bought a used Ford Bronco. Didn't haggle but was extremely clear that I didn't want any "extras". "I don't want any extras". Pretty clear. They didn't push. HOWEVER, they put 'Zurich' on there anyway. Never heard about it, no one asked me about it, but there it was. When I called about it after purchase, no one would call me about it. I tried for two weeks. I had to go in. Richard Greco, the pre-owned vehicle sales manager, had me sign paperwork to reverse the extra charges. Nothing happened. Nothing changed. I have now called him twice. Payment is due this month and the situation is still not rectified. No one I've me there has a spine or integrity. Notice the reviews. The service department thoroughly disappointed me. I made an appointment for my father's Explorer three weeks ago to have the backup camera recall repaired. They told me the recall fix was available. I was unable to make the appointment so I rescheduled it to last week. I drive there for a 8:20 am appointment from South Philadelphia. When I arrive the service person told me the camera fix was only for the mustang. WTH.....I made the appointment not once but twice and no one could read the computer to inform me it was only for the mustang knowing I was bringing in an Explorer. All they could offer was an apology. DO YOUR JOB AND CONFIRM BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT IS MADE!!! I was so annoyed and they won't call when the repair kit actually in. RIDICULOUS. This dealership really stood out to me, as a frequent car buyer/lease. Matt was a great sales guy and really went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted and within my budget. I have been to so so many dealerships and I can say I don't regret buying here. I bought a 2019 fusion energi titanium from him and would highly recommend him and this dealership. Update I was back at this dealership 2 years after buying my fusion energi because ford completed a buyback. Curtis, the store manager and Matt, my sales guy, went totally above and beyond. My sister was trying to buy a car from them. The sales manager, Curtis Pearil, was incredibly condescending towards her. If he wants to negotiate hard (surprising since it's the end of the year and have surplus inventory) that's totally fine. He can choose to not budge on the price. But talking down to her, mansplaining to her that "it's not like the old days," is just bad business. Even though the location is much more convenient for her than other dealers, she ended up buying elsewhere. This review is for the service department. With a shout out to Dan and Charlie. I bought a (almost) new Bronco a few years back from this dealership and have had a handful of minor recalls/warranty issues. Every time I've brought it in they've been great with communication. Service time has been appropriate for the issues. The one time there was a delay it was communicated promptly and expectations were met. The mechanics have done a good job fixing the problems. And while it is difficult to speak to pricing as most of the work was under warranty, I was never given any run around or grief in claiming the warranties and the handful of out of pocket expenses I did pay seemed appropriate. Also Penny (the cashier) has always been friendly and kind to work with. read more

Came in for recall work for my Ford ranger truck and their team is fast, efficient, and helpful. They did full systems check without me having to request and gave me a call to go over all details and pickup turn around time was just a couple of hours. Shuttle service home was also provided so I didn't have to wait forever. Top notch!! read more

John Carr was our rep and is a great guy- currently we're waiting on submitting an order with him. I returned my leased car there yesterday that was leased from a dealership in NJ. I had to unlock my car door to have my carseat removed. Chad handed me the fobs I unlocked it and placed it on the counter. He later sent me an email " I need the keys you left them" . Not an email asking if I had the keys but telling me what he thought I did. Needless to say that they showed up when I replied that I left them on the counter. I have had nothing but challenges with the service department here. The Sales department was a pleasure to deal with but unfortunately the service department is far less than mediocre. I kept returning time and time again to see if it was a one off experience where the communication was lacking as well as car repair knowledge. My new vehicle had to be brought back for the same issue 4 x before they actually fixed it. Another visit I dropped the car off for a rattle issue which took them 3 days to figure out they needed to tighten the license plate. Walked into Kennedy Ford to make an appointment. The receptionist was amazing and directed me in the right direction. I ended up speaking with Dan he seemed as though he didn't want to help me or that i was interrupting whatever he was doing. The greeting was horrible but after further conversation and him explaining where to drop off my keys i guess he warmed up because he was a little more open by the end of the conversation. I explained to Dan that my 2014 F250's steering wheel was off center and i needed it looked at to determine what the problem was. Dropped the truck off and waited to hear from Dan. Received a call the same afternoon stating the truck has been inspected and that the 2 inch leveling blocks were the problem. (Mind you there are thousands of F250s with leveling blocks.) I asked Dan if they could take off the blocks and he said "We don't work on lifted trucks" and proceeded to upsell me on a light bulb replacement and manifold job at the price of $1100. In my gut i felt that there is no way leveling blocks can be the problem. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and drove 1/2 mile away to Michael's Alignment. Needless to say Kennedy Ford misdiagnosed my truck. Luckily they didn't remove the blocks. I was told that they looked at the front suspension but obviously they didn't because they would have noticed that i needed a track bar bushing. Wasted time, misdiagnosed and paid $67 for nothing. On a brighter note the cashier was extremely nice and welcoming and the young man that brought my truck to me was very pleasant. If you have an issue with service don't expect a response from the service manager. Two seperate incidents on both of my last stops in, months apart. Needless to say, thankfully I'm moving because these guys don't care. 2 1/2 days to put a new inspection sticker on the window with no call from service on it being done. Had to show up late Friday night before they closed to find out it's been done for hours. You would think they would just eat the $20 they charged me to put a sticker on a window but nope. And no call back from the service manager. Last service, I just got a simple oil change and tire rotation. Brought it in without an appt expecting to leave it there for a few days while I was away for work. Not the case, they told me it would be done that day. So I changed my schedule a bit to pick it back up that night. Showed up to pick it up and the tire rotation wasn't done after the service advisor told me it was completed and all the techs had gone home for the day. Also gave me the excuse that based on the wear of the tires the tires are where they should be and that the tire rotation was complimentary. I specifically requested the tires be rotated and that his excuses are pure laziness on the techs which ultimately falls on the dealership to turn over vehicles because you know, money is always the main goal. Skip out on some things and get more cars in. Who knows what else they skip out on. Came back the next day (after changing my schedule again) and got it done with a call to the service manager again. Surprise surprise, No response..go figure. Done with this dealership. read more

What a great car buying experience. Bill Kelly was tremendous in helping me secure a hard to find vehicle with just the bells and whistles I wanted. My wife and I weren't pressured honestly felt like Bill was on our side the entire time not to mention the fact that the management desk was also extremely helpful. We haven't used them for service on the vehicle yet however I think that we are going to use them for our regular oil changes so when that happens I can extend this review a little bit and speak to their service center. read more

Ok I'm pretty much done with this dealership at this point. After getting my car serviced last December and them not replacing the battery like I asked, I was back again in February with a dead battery and finally got them to replace it. A mere 8 months later, my NEW battery is dead. I chalked it up to the temperatures dropping and I hadn't driven my car in 2 weeks. So I got a jump and figured I'd be more diligent about at least running the car once a week in cold temps. So a week goes by and I go to start my car. It's dead. Again. Completely dead. So freaking dead that I had to actually put my key in the slot to unlock the door (it wasn't this dead the last time). Had roadside come out to give me a jump and even he was shocked at how dead the battery was. He couldn't even give me a battery report because it didn't even have enough juice to run the printer on the battery tester thing. He wasn't even sure if we could get it started but thank goodness we were able to. He told me whatever you do, don't turn the car off because it likely will not start again. So I drove it directly to the dealership and explained what was going on. Thankfully the battery had a 3-year guarantee because it was absolutely a bad battery. They replaced at no cost, which was to be expected. There's other Ford dealerships in this area. This one has given me enough headaches, so I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

I would proceed with extreme caution if buying from this dealership. 1st. I was told that my Chrysler Pacifica had a clean title with no accidents, however that was NOT true. Local mechanic showed me how evident it was that it was in an accident and how they knew and clearly covered up that detail. 2nd, I was told that the everything was gone over, breaks, tires, and servicing was all taken care of and updated. Well, two rims were bent so driving over 60 MPH I'll get a vibration. 3rd, brakes were NOT good, they threw cheap after market pads on completely wore out rotors. So, to resolve this issue I called them and said I'm not so concerned with rotors and break pads and I'll cover that cost of $1,100. And I'll even let the incorrect accident report slide. However, at a minimum I asked them to replace the two bent rims. Their response was "bring the vehicle in and we'll look at it" This dealership is 90 minutes away so that's not an options, and if I was lied to before why would I trust a second look. I'd advise against working with this dealership. If they still choose to make this right I'll amend this review. I certainly wasn't expecting a perfect condition used vehicle, just don't appreciate the blatant lies. read more

I drive a lot and need my vehicle for work. This morning I had an idle issue so I called John Kennedy and spoke with Chris Schonberger. He listened to my concerns and was able to accommodate me as a walk in. I take pride I my vessels and only want the best to work on them. Chris assured me his facility and techs are top notch. Upon arrival I was greeted by Chris and he was able to provide me with a spot to to do my work on their free WIFI and good coffee. They diagnosed my car as a small vacuum leak from a loose hose. He also brought to my attention that my oil was about due and they actually had the oil that I like in stock (Castrol Edge Full Synthetic) in the right weight!! Service department is horrible... Took my van in for an issue, was told they couldn't hear the clunking in the front end. I went there and went for drive with tech pointing out the noise. They said they still couldn't find the problem and tried telling me the jack under the seat was rattling. Picked my van up and steering wheel was not centered after the alignment they performed and the clunk in the front end is still there. This was one experience, everytime I've taken my work van to them for an issue I get it back in the same or worse condition. read more

I have never had a more frustrating experiencing than buying a car from here. After meeting with a dealer and test driving some cars, I decided to buy a slightly used Fiesta. I inform him that I'm a student, from a different state, and have been pre-approved for Ford financing. He literally scoffed when I told him about the pre-approval, didn't even glance at the papers I had for it, and said I would need to fill out paper credit applications anyways. He then screamed at me from across the showroom when he noticed I don't have an income listed on the application--"YOU DON'T HAVE AN INCOME? HOW AM I GOING TO SELL YOU A CAR?!" The reason I went through the pre-approval process was because I'm a student, I don't have an income, my parents were my cosigners, and they live in a different state. I've never felt so embarrassed and belittled while trying to make a purchase. If it weren't such a good deal for the used car I would have left then and gone to a different Ford dealership. I can guarantee I'll be going to a different one for my car's maintenance. Two months out now, and I love my new (used) Fiesta, but my blood pressure still sky rockets when I think about this ordeal. It took this long to get my registration processed because the dealer sent an illegible copy of the driver's license to the state. I had to inquire about what was taking so long, otherwise I would have sat waiting forever. And they completely ignored my request to get another temporary plate. Dan, the man working the counter this morning, was extremely rude. He tried to sell me an $800 service (when I'd only scheduled an oil change) and when I denied it, he got very angry. He told me, "fine, you will just have to wait at least an hour before we start your oil change." I asked them why I should make an appointment, if they're not able to do my oil change at the scheduled time, and he said "you can leave if you want.
