While they were in there they advised that 3 of 4 CV joints also needed to be replaced and bearings replaced so I had that taken care of because we were heading to FL once again. Well after about 8 months I put the transmission in reverse and "pow" the vehicle lurched and came to a stop. Problem was the left rear CV joint failed. I had it towed to Jerry's and they advised that the supplier replaced the cost of the CV and they would be obtaining another one from another supplier in another day. The next day Wayne called to say come pick up your vehicle it is all done. "Done under our one year warranty." Well, needless to say I could not be happier with the guys at Jerry's. If you you need transmission, transfer case, axle work I cannot recommend anyone better than Jerry's for fair price, efficient, timely and a firm that stands behind their warranty.

Delayed? Spin the wheel. I've wasted more trips than I care to count, driving over only to find out... nope, not today. It used to be the best car wash around. Now it's becoming a case study in how to make loyal members question their life choices. Somewhere a competitor is looking at this and saying, "Let's just tell people when we're open." Revolutionary. The kicker? An employee told me members can still get to the vacuums by driving through the EXIT lane. Apparently, the official traffic plan is to hope you don't meet someone coming the other way.
