They do our 3 part invoices and customers mailers as well. They have a person on staff who helps me with the graphics design since i have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to that. The best part of this all is that they have a personal delivery person. Usually i place my order and the next day an awesome delivery person brings my products. I've found that most printers take weeks to produce and then I have to go pick up or wait for shipping. These guys get er done and deliver! No complaints and I refer them to everyone in my small business group! Good job!

I was told that they could not do it before the 10/15 extension deadline, which was fine. But then I was told they wouldn't do his taxes at all. Yes, they knew he died. I can understand not taking on new customers, but he had been a customer for many years. I am stunned by the poor customer service. YMF used to be great - I referred many people there over the years. I cannot believe this is how they treat their customers.

I have had last mile deliveries from this company several times, they are generally rude when you…read morecall to schedule delivery, but this last experience was the worst. They only provide delivery to the threshold of your location (at least for the service I was promised), so you have to make your own arrangements to bring the items inside. That's fine, but they give you a 5-hour delivery window, and this time they missed it! I had paid people waiting around to help me move stuff, and they simply tried to cancel my delivery. After calling and yelling at them, they agreed to deliver many hours past our window, and they were complaining and not helpful the entire time. If you can avoid using them, I would. I have no choice due to my vendor.
