This place truly deserves no stars. What a HORRIBLE company. There is so much bs lies surrounding them. "Christian" okay, why don't they involve the clients in anything relating religion? Kent the owner and Christine are the two most money hungry aholes I've ever experienced in my life. Kent probably thought hmm what will make me the most money? Oh, milking true christian families money because of their mentally challenge children need taken care of, why not make the first word of this company "Christian" as well, take advantage of suffering and struggling people for the sake of money. Christine on the other hand is nothing but an air-headed phony flat out bitch. She knows absolutely nothing about mental health and doesn't understand one thing about compassion and respect. She treats the clients as if they are animals who were let out of a cage. Like she thinks they need to be treated like animals as well, any time she would visit and see a client outside playing she would about jump out of her seat wondering what they were doing.. Most of the people who worked with the clients would treat our clients as they should be treated, like humans. Giving them culture of gentleness but allowing them trust and comfort. Kent and Christine from my understanding didn't want that from us, the company is suppose to be for these individuals to live on their own out of AFC homes, but Kent and Christine run it just as if it were an AFC home. I truly think they would sabotage the homes and clients for more money, the worse the clients got, the more money they received. I don't even know where to begin on the cutting corners crap. I worked for this company for 4 months, I never received one bit of training, or training that I am certified for. The "cpr" training was a video online and then a quiz, the company was so cheap they couldn't even pay for us to have the certificate, instead they made us print screen the result of our test scores. Another thing, I was passing meds to the clients without any training on how to do it.. They write you up for things they don't properly train you on then threaten your job to save their own asses. Not to mention, they now have a death of a client due to them not strictly and properly training employees, grabbing average compassionate people, putting them into high stress situations without even a day or two of training or knowledge on some of what you're doing. Money hungry low life's, don't support this company or the bastards that run it. I don't know how someone hasn't caught on to their shit or gotten rid of them. read more
