Both Gloria and Dolores worked exceptionally hard in making sure that they had my color scheme and desired look, but they also even went so far to check that a little bit of yellow in the irises would be okay because they knew I did not want yellow flowers. The displays were beautiful, the flowers were of great quality and they lasted more than a week after the wedding. The best part for me is that they made me a flower crown using similar flowers in my bouquet, and it exceeded all of my expectations. They even brought hair attachments and hair brushes with them to make sure it would work and stay in my hair, and I do not think that many flower companies would do that! I think it was even better than what you see in magazines or on Pinterest. Plus, the final cost was reasonable. I also loved their enthusiasm and willingness to work with what are commonly considered "filler" flowers because I wanted something other than roses, orchids, and baby's breath! I wanted to capture the wildflower look for my wedding in the forest, and they captured it perfectly and were willing to work with the wine bottles I wanted to use as vases! The young man at the counter gave us red tape to mark the rock we wanted. We went out and marked the rocks and he asked that we come back in when we were done to tell him which five rocks we put the red tape on. Then after all that, he told us they would try to get to them today, to weigh them, and that they are very busy today. We explained we weren't from the area and needed to pick the rock up today. We also called a bit after we left to check on the progress and were again told how busy they are today. Several hours later we received a voice message that said they don't sell the rocks separately. When we called called back to talk to someone, we were told the rocks were not sold separately and we had to buy the whole pallet for $4,000. We told them that we felt the communication of misinformation was unprofessional. We didn't get a chance to explain further as the woman on the phone laughed at our remark. To not explain the process correctly in the beginning, we feel also wasted our time and has stalled our landscaping project. I am going to tell everyone I know in Butte not to use Wagner's.

Awful - make sure that if you order you call, follow up and then check - even have them send a photo before it is delivered.
