He said that he replaced a diamond in the ring also because he "didn't like one of the stones". He did not call to get authorization, because "he was too busy". He said he would keep the ring if we did not pay the additional fees. The added stone is sits crooked, it is not centered in the original ring, the gold used to solder the new girdle into the ring bleeds between the original diamonds and the underside of the girdle has not been cleaned up. VERY DISSATISFIED!

I have been to many quilt stores and this store is by far one of my favorites. Quilters who are trying to limit fabric purchases or who are on a fabric diet should not come here if they have waivering willpower. I never leave without acquiring more treasure! I always find something that I need in this store. I have never been able to take a class here but have been in the store when classes have been in process. She was super helpful in pulling things for me to try, and making me feel welcome in her store. I probably could've stayed all day just chatting with her. The clothing selection was incredible. For the past 3 years, I have used this shop nearly exclusively to purchase my juice, coils, and supplies. I would forgo competitor shops that were more convenient, and online shops with larger selections. What sets this shop apart, and what always had me coming back, was the wonderful staff, and their amazing customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They remember their patrons, and value their regulars. On many occasions I would receive discounts or extra free items simply because I was a regular. Every time I stopped in I was always treated as a close friend. I have no complaints for the entirety of my patronage there and I will miss both the staff and the act of contributing to this wonderful small business.
