We had the usual mountain of refi paperwork to get signed and returned to the courier ASAP, and Christie was right on time, focused on promptness and accuracy, with careful, friendly guidance, and actually made the whole process enjoyable (which is something to say for anyone who's had to sign the phonebook-sized stack of documents these transactions seem to demand). I received some important papers in an email at 6:45 pm on a Wednesday night.I needed to get them notarized immediately because I was driving down to Southern Calif. at 4:00am Thursday.
