We'll keep your approximately $5000 and you can keep the shards- and their guarantees and insurance don't apply. Why did they sell, and I take insurance ? They seem to prefer send the items off in commerce and if they happen to get there OK then fine, but if they don't they will just keep saying NO. Unless you can pick up locally in LA, NYC or London- don't do business with these scammers!!
