First let me start off by explaining that 2 weeks ago I came to this UPS to have a parcel shipped,…read morethe shipping was already paid for but I needed to pay for the new box and packing for about a 2 foot by 1foot by 4 inch parcel. This was about $27, which I gladly paid. The gal at the counter was super nice and we started chit chatting I pointed out my puppy sitting in my car, and she emphatically said bring him in, they loved dogs and had cookies. I asked her if she was sure because he has a ton of energy and being an Aussie Shepherd he sheds. No problem she said, so I brought him in he got his cookies met a few customers and that was that. Until today. I went there to drop off a Amazon return. There were two people ahead of me in line who were interested and talking to me about him. He was VERY excited to be in the store, and dropped some hair on the carpet from his leash, which I had not noticed. Now my turn I approach the counter and all I can say is this young 20 something girl was not happy about my dog, she was trying to be passive aggressive, but she was just AGGRESSIVE AGGRESSIVE. Gave me such an look and attitude I was stunned. She told me they wouldn't take the original box, I said I had no need for it and she told me they had no room in the back...ok no worries. I grabbed the box and then she asked my to pick up the hair from the floor, wait what? Then she told me she guessed that she could vacuum it up. I let her know at that point I would pick it up, but that there were plenty of other UPS stores. As I bent down and picked up the hair, another customer looked at me a bit stunned I let that customer know my previous experience. The the girl told me to get out of there store. I said gladly and I would never be back There were a million other ways to communicate than the route she took. Passive aggressivness in a service environment is BS.

The Central Office was recommended by the campus director of my school to complete my LiveScan…read morefingerprinting. I haven't had my fingerprints taken in years and the last time, I think I went to the sheriff's office in Marin County and had to return because my prints weren't clear enough. They offer walk-in LiveScan services and the small storefront on the east side of 4th Street was quiet when I dropped by this afternoon. The two employees were chatting pleasantly and greeted me right away when I entered. Rachel spotted the forms in my hand and guessed correctly that I was there to have my fingerprints taken. Sure enough, like I've experienced before, the first try was unsuccessful. I don't have pronounced ridges on my fingers apparently, but they had a gel that she asked me to rub on my hands and the 30 seconds later we were good to go. Second time was the charm! I'm happy to report that my school covered the costs, so I wasn't privy to the charges, but I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I also checked and found that they offer private mailbox services and can ship via UPS, FedEx and DHL, so the next time that I'm on that side of town, I'll definitely remember them!

Lester, your rude employee was in denial and deflecting. Of course I didn't care about that. I do…read morecare about what happened to the package that your business was responsible for. There is an important distinction between a threatening customer and a customer who is understandably upset over a missing shipment. A legally important one at that. At the time of my call, the package had been missing for a week. Since then, I have spoken with multiple FedEx representatives who advised me that FedEx has no record of ever receiving the package. The tracking history also does not show that the package entered the FedEx system. FedEx stated they are waiting on communication from you as to the whereabouts of this package and to update them. As of today, the last documented location of the package is your store. There are no further documentation on its whereabouts. Perhaps you and FedEx should talk? What I find disappointing is not simply that the package is missing, but that an upset customer seeking information about a shipment that was entrusted to your business was met with a response that you continue to defend as appropriate. I believe most customers would be frustrated under the same circumstances. A professional effort to help investigate and solve this problem would have gone much further than ending the conversation. Both your response and your employees behavior does not instill confidence that your business had properly handled a very important and legal document. We are still awaiting an update on your investigation to this claim. There haven't been any status updates by you on this either by phone or email. What's eye opening about your reply is how your outreach to me was defending your employee's behavior rather than providing me with an update on this investigation. Seven days have passed. Have you spoken to FedEx corporate?
