I am a 71+ YOA man who decided to rent a tuxedo for only the second time in my life. I went to Christina's Bridal and Prom to do just that. Know that I am pleased to tell you that I was greeted very promptly. Furthermore, I was treated kindly and in a most professional manner by ALL of the staff as well as the owner herself. They took careful measurements of me, resulting with a tuxedo that fit and looked great. Any issues, only one of note, were handled promptly and courteously. Finally, Christina's staff were most gracious to a person when I asked them to take a picture of me in the garment at the return! This was as I had not had the chance for the picture of me at the event ... and at a time when the store was very busy with prom shoppers! I went in with my sister to look at wedding dresses, AFTER we called multiple times and emailed to make an appointment, with no answer. We went in and they treated us like absolute garbage and there is a $35 consultation fee to even look at the dresses. What is a consultation fee?!? I've never heard of that in my life. It was absolutely ridiculous. For being the only bridal shop in town you'd think they'd be a lot more considerate. But no, they're greedy and selfish. We tried to call to book an appointment all week, I mean we called SO much, and we could not get through to them. we even tried to email them through their website, and nothing. "But that's fine, we will just go in and explain," we thought. But we were wrong. Turns out, Christina's CHARGES just to LOOK at their bridal. $35. Which doesn't seem like a lot, except it is when you realize that I've been to bridal salons all over the US and I have never once been charged a fee to have an appointment, ever, so literally everywhere else is free. Christina's is charging, just because they know they can. Just because they are the only Bridal store in town, they think they can do whatever they want a nickle and dime you just because. I'd understand a refundable deposit, because that would prevent damage to the dresses and unruly guests, and it would also rule out the "but I just wanna try on pretty dresses for fun, I'm not even getting married" waste-of-timers. I also understand a cancellation fee. That is fair. But a $35 fee just to look, on TOP of a $3,000 dress? That is, quite frankly, absolute b.s. It crushed my sister, and rightly so. We will not be returning, and I'd suggest you take the time to book an appointment at actual reputable bridal shops in or around Wyoming. It will be worth your time and money. You'll get better prices, better treatment, and just an overall better experience on a day that is supposed to be exciting and about you. Not about greed and nastiness. read more

Chris at Christina's runs a horrible business! Her word is not honest. I ordered my wedding dress in December of 2016. It was the perfect dress. I planned EVERYTHING around my dress (my shoes, my veil, my decorations, my grooms' tux, and my flower girl). In May Christina's called me only 3 weeks to my wedding to let me know my dress had arrived. Turns out it wasn't what I had ordered. I was in shock! There was no way they could get the dress in the color I had ordered so my decision was to take the dress they ordered which was White and I wanted NO WHITE or to take their floor model that was a size 8 and I am a size 18 and try to make a lace up in the back at the same price. So here I am paying full price for a dress that wasn't what I wanted or one way to small that several people had tried on. Never once did Chris say she would compensate me for my troubles. She did however offer to alter my whichever dress I chose free of charge. I agreed to go with the dress not in my color only because it was my size. I was a wreck! I cried and cried and rushed all over the state reordering shoes, tux's, flower girl dresses and basically changing everything for my wedding. I arrived on a Thursday night back to Casper as Friday morning Chris promised to have my dress ready! Ha! I walked in the door and Chris was out sick that day. Thank God my dress was there still but had never been touched! The staff called Chris and let me talk to her and I was livid. Chris then said she was sick but would get to it tomorrow. I just took time off work, then driving 5 hours, paying for a hotel and now she wants me driving back again and taking more time off? I informed Chris of her unprofessionalism and reminded her of how to use a phone. I as well run 2 businesses and I always try to keep my customers happy. Chris didn't even have the respect to call me that morning and let me know it wasn't done before I drove. She knew the day before it wasn't done and still had no respect for me or my wedding nor keeping her word. Chris's answer to the solution was to then pay for my alteration wherever I had it done. I last minute found someone to alter my dress and the bill was $400.00 I called Chris after and let her know I would be up for my check when I was in town. She claimed she wanted the bill first and the contact info of who altered my dress. I emailed the bill and contact info, waited a couple of days and then called again because I had heard nothing. After several days of no returned phone calls and multiple messages for Chris to call me I finally was able to get in touch with her and she refused to pay for alterations. She claimed $400 was too much. Christina's cost me over an extra $1000.00 for my wedding because of their mistake. I was NEVER compensated anything back. Chris has a great staff, as I know none of this was there faults, but it's pretty bad when all the girls working there tell you that "This really makes us think about the kind of person we are working for, we are here to make peoples special days special, not ruin them." Since Prom has been cancelled, why would you not give deposits back to those who have paid? I can understand not giving refunds under ANY OTHER circumstance, BUT THIS IS AN UNFORESEEN & UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCE! It's sad enough that these seniors are being screwed out of something that I'm sure they have busted their butt for, and have been looking forward to for a very long time! They shouldn't have to deal with salt being rubbed in the proverbial wound!!! Thankfully, I don't have a senior (my son is 20), so I honestly don't have a dog in this fight, it's just sad & disgusting that this business would add to disappointment of these kids!! The staff at Christina's (particularly Shawna, Kim and Chris, the owner) are just wonderful. They are patient and really worked hard to find a wedding gown for me that was just right- and that was no easy task! Brides as a whole are not an easy lot and the staff seems to be really good about soothing frayed nerves. They went totally above and beyond for me and I can recommend them without reservation. Update: My initial experience with Christina's was excellent. However, when I went to order additional fabric from them a couple of months later, thy gave me a bit of a run-around. I was eventually assured that the fabric was on order, but wouldn't arrive until shortly before the wedding. After multiple follow-ups, the fabric arrived about 7 weeks before the wedding, but was dark beige (as in looked like a latte). They repeatedly told me that it was the correct fabric, but it was totally different from my dress. This was not just a variation in dye lots, it was a completely different color. I ended up having to find a somewhat similar fabric elsewhere. If I could give them 3.5 stars, that's what I would do, but since the dress-buying part was good, I don't want to take too much away. read more

We have purchased many dresses here and have been measured for tuxes as well as dresses. We have always had the best service. The employees as well as the owner have been fun to work with, very knowledgable and very helpful. I have priced dresses elsewhere and have found them to be reasonably priced here at Christina's. Also, they have a wonderful se lection. The store has been locally owned for over 30 years. Business' don't stay in business that long if they aren't doing something right! read more

I had a horrible experience with this place; I am getting married on October 29th in Colorado. My father lives in Casper. When I was home one weekend we went in to get him measured for a tux, I also wanted too to shop for some little wedding trinkets. However, when we went in the staff was so rude and refused to measure my father. I explained to them that they surly have bridal parties from other states, and I'm sure they do not require everyone male who rents a tux from them to come into their store to get measured. They said no, that they do get measurements from other stores; however they would not return the favor. We went down the street to the other tux shop who were happy to measure him. I will never shop there again, wedding are stressful enough without going into a bridal/tux store and have extremely rude staff. read more

My son got his tux from Christina's for his senior prom. The service was horrible. The pants to his tux had loose seams that split in front if his date when he got in the car. After making several phone calls and visiting the store once, I was promised a call back from the owner, Chris. I finally got a call from an associate 4 days later telling me that Chris was out of the country and had authorized a $25 in store credit for the trouble. I will NEVER go to this store again. They won't go out of business due to losing my business but I can promise that they will lose thousands by losing my business and that if my entire families. read more

Though Christina's does have a somewhat decent selection, the service is absolutely horrible. The girls AND the owner have serious issues with admitting they have screwed up. My sister just got married last weekend (she also purchased her dress here) and we had a bit of a mix up/mis-communication with the tuxedo's. When that issue was finally taken care of(we were also still charged full price, and had $150 overnight shipping fee's tacked on FOR THEIR MISTAKE) the bride and groom flew off to their honeymoon and Christina's CALLED A BRIDE ON HER HONEYMOON and proceeded to call her an idiot and a "shitty bride" for "not following through?" and hung up on her. No business owner nor employee should EVER resort to name calling of a client who spent well over $3,000 at their establishment. Absolutely horrible. Thank God the wedding is over, and the tuxedo's are returned and we will NEVER have to deal with Christina's again. You are better off going to Hart's bridal shop in Casper Wyoming, or taking your business completely out of Casper. Terrible customer service, unorganized staff, they are not helpful at all. This is by far the worst dress shopping experience I've had. I have now went into the store 3 times in an attempt to purchase a wedding dress and have gotten no where, the staff told me to "come in tomorrow" each time. The second time I went in they had lost my paperwork and had no recollection of me being in the store 2 days prior. I went in today as the associate the day before told me she would call on the dress I was wanting to purchase this morning to make sure it could be shipped in time for my wedding and nothing had been done. Instead I get excuses that only the manager can do that and we are trying to close (so was Laneige Bridal and Tuxedo today at 6pm but guess what they still sold me a dress and got it ordered...TODAY- I highly recommend them!) there was not a manager in site on any of the 3 days I was in. In my opinion,The employees there are not well trained for this kind of work. It is already stressful enough planning a wedding and then these employees can't even sell you a dress!!? I will never purchase from this store nor recommend it. My business was taken elsewhere. read more
