Molly, our sales woman, was attentive and I thought I had a definite idea of what I wanted, but she encouraged me to try several different styles to make sure. I must have tried on close to 15 gowns, which felt like a lot! I ended up loving the first one I tried on, even though it was one that I wouldn't have chosen. It was the Maggie Sottero Kirby dress in blush and it was just lovely. I am going to wait to finalize my wedding venue before I buy the dress, but if I do decide on the Kirby I will definitely make sure to order it from Hart's. They have the dresses sent to the store where they steam them and then they will mail them for free anywhere in the U.S. One of the best parts of the appointment was that we were the only ones there trying on dresses. Molly mentioned that it had been really busy earlier in the day so I would suggest calling ahead and asking when they don't have as many appointments so you don't feel crowded.

I went in to return the dress and was told that I could use my $178.00 for in-store credit. I would never use in-store credit. I just wanted the money returned to my credit card. After speaking to two different women who insisted that "that was their policy", they decided it was time to speak to me like I was not on their level. I was told that on the purchase agreement it clearly stated that returns would be given store credit. Yes, the purchase agreement does say that. However, I was never asked to fill one out or sign one. The return policy is not on the website, receipt or posted anywhere in the store. I was told that "Albertson's doesn't require everyone to fill out a purchase form.... We are as busy as they are." WHAT are you crazy???? The women in the store gave me a phone number for the owner. Turns out the number was for another store. Not the owners number. The lady on the phone, at the other store, gave me the owners cell phone number. I was told by the women in the Casper store that the owner could not be reached because she was skiing in Montana. Well, I called her anyway. Amazingly enough , she answered the phone. Deb, the owner, was extremely professional and nice. She asked if the dress had been worn. I told her it never even left the bag that it was put in when I bought it. She then asked to speak to the rude women in the store. Interestingly, they were then able to give me a full refund! They were so unprofessional and rude. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

Know that I am pleased to tell you that I was greeted very promptly. Furthermore, I was treated kindly and in a most professional manner by ALL of the staff as well as the owner herself. They took careful measurements of me, resulting with a tuxedo that fit and looked great. Any issues, only one of note, were handled promptly and courteously. Finally, Christina's staff were most gracious to a person when I asked them to take a picture of me in the garment at the return! This was as I had not had the chance for the picture of me at the event ... and at a time when the store was very busy with prom shoppers!
