If I went anywhere else, it would've been at least two weeks or more. I was stunned when I got a call the very next day saying it was ready for pickup. Nora is so kind and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable leaving my engagement ring with her. She was the only jeweler in town who did not treat me like a dollar sign! Nora explained the whole process to me and even offered to fix a prong on the ring that was a little short for free. Not only that, but when I picked up my ring, she said that if I felt it was still a little big that she would resize it again for me for free. I am so impressed with the customer service at Fagan's and enjoyed all the employees who worked there. I have never left a review (good or bad) anywhere before, but Nora and Fagan's most definitely deserve a 5-star review for my experience with them!!

Today they didn't have the greatest selection of what I was looking for, but often I have found exactly what I need here without paying the full price at a hardware store.
