Service has always been excellent when I went here and I had experienced sales staff help me with my decisions. They also help when you only have a photo of the item from some article or website as it was in my case. The stores are alway super clean and have a good layout. I strongly suggest that you join their Heinemann & Me online club as this allows you to select a "ME of the month" which makes for 20% of a single article of your choice. That way, you can get most perfumes at the lowest price available even compared to the online competition. It's very simple to join and you can simply use their phone app for the purchase. Another reason to go to Heinemann at any airport is that they simply offer very cheap bottled water. It is usually only 1€ for 500ml which is unbeatable in the post-security zone. Here at VIE it was 1,50€ which is still a bargain. There is simply no reason to pay 3€ for a bottle of water at an airport if there is a Heinemann store closeby. You can even pay such small purchases with your credit card which is perfect for international travellers.
