Recently I contacted the office asking for a call back from Dr Serotoff, they ask for the reason, I explained. It involved needing a letter for school involving a chronic issue my child has had since diagnosed in 8th grade. I received a call from a secretary saying that the doctor won't write the note needed. I again asked to speak with her directly, they left her my message. 2 days later another secretary called me to repeat the first message. I am so angry that she doesn't care enough about a child she has treated for over 11yrs! I was told that since she hadn't seen her since her physical in August she wouldn't write the note. We will be shopping for a new doctor who actually cares!!

No problems getting an appointment and the staff was friendly and helpful. An EKG was done and reviewed y Dr. B. He said it was a non-functional murmur and no medication was needed. He was personable and very clearly explained the situation. He spoke to my son as if he were his own. My son and I left his office and he told me it is unnecessary for follow up. I very highly recommend Dr. B, if a pediatric cardiologist is needed.
