It was annoying that patients who were getting procedures done had to pay for parking without notice. The worst is their answering service. Trying to call these people is an exercise in futility. They either don't answer the phone, letting it ring incessantly, or pick it up and hang up on you. We have been attempting to call about test results, that had been promised to be back last week sometime, and no one will answer the phone or return calls. It's highly frustrating that something as important as someone's health is being ignored. The answering service also seems woefully uninformed about who they are representing, and not well trained at all. It might be better to hire a few dedicated receptionists rather than use a service that is frankly sub-par at best.

The collective vibe just took me from anxious-I-wasn't-clearly-aware-of, to potential healthy and happy...in the most Movie Dad moment way.... that I got an unfamiliar sense of feeling safe AND sound. Like I'm today when I get what sound means, in that sentence. No wonder the parking lot it so full. I recommend pencil-ing in extra time. Was an hour for me. tops. But more than worth it. Those people come and go in an office. Dr. Manos is always friendly, attentive, listens to concerns and suggests suitable follow ups and testing. I was referred to Dr. Manos from another medical professional. That speaks volumes as well. Second - the staff actually answers the phone. I switched to Dr. Manos in 2020 after several years at Penn Med Westtown - because I had to wait over 30 min on hold to speak with an actual human to make appointments at Penn Med. During the very stressful time of Covid, I needed help with specialists and testing, and the office manager at Manos took the time to return calls to me and talk me through my questions. Very impressive. My entire family moved over to this office and we're all very happy with the staff and overall experience.
