Avril was not as engaged with me as she was the previous customer and seemed overly concerned about waiving a fee of $7. Rather than talk with me, she left without a word to get her branch manager Christan. After she pointed to her screen to her manager, he defensively responded that he didn't waive fees. Other branches have without hesitation, honored the comment to my profile, in a professional and friendly manner. The fee was not my main concern; but more so to the unprofessional and unfriendly manner towards me. I didn't understand his tone or demeanor towards me. I didn't understand why Avril walked away to get him. She didn't express any concerns to me. Both Avril and Christan came off like bullies singling me out. What a horrible, "unfriendly" experience.

Not only can they get you approved for $1 million unsecured line of credit to use for down payments or to pay cash for property, if you don't qualify, they will hook you up with someone who is already qualified. They are difficult to get a hold of, impersonal (you'll get a robot voice after no one answers the phone every time you try calling), and you may get flat out ignored by them for weeks like I was. Terry Brown ignored my texts for WEEKS when I was first trying to sign up (he is apparently too busy for phone calls), then after many, many attempts to get in contact with him, I get a lame apology saying he's so busy and didn't recognize that I was a potential customer of his. (He thought I was a spammer or something). Anyone who is too busy for me and ignores me when I am paying them money and using their services does not deserve my patronage. - BUT - because I was a naïve student and they were highly recommended by my Real Estate Elevated coaching program, I reluctantly paid them the $1000 to get a loan that I felt was indeed premature at my stage of education and training. When I submitted all the required forms online and everything looked good, I was never informed that the pre-approval process actually was NOT complete, so after waiting for WEEKS AGAIN to hear a response if I was approved or not, I find out I wasted all that time waiting. No one had notified me that the paperwork was still insufficient. No email, no calls, nothing. When I quit the coaching program and realized I didn't need the loan after all, I email Joram saying that I have changed directions and no longer need the loan. He says ok and directs me to some generic email address for refunds. I email that and no one responds for another week, then I call, then Joram gets back to me after all and now all of the sudden they have a "no refund after 7 days" policy that was complete news to me... This company gladly takes $1000 from students who most likely don't have the money to spare to begin with, then delays the process for as long as possible, so that they can keep your $1000, not making it clear enough that there will be no refund, regardless if you finish the pre-approval process or change your mind and decide not to use them for your loan after all. This is criminal in my opinion. Shame on you USAPrivateMoney!
