It was horribly offensive to be profiled by a lady literally older than dirt. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame because they had a nice selection of things. Guess they don't trust their customers and don't want anyone's business. They didn't even try to conceal that's exactly what they were doing. I thought it was just us and I am horrified to see they are doing this to multiple people. Buyer beware- there are so many other adorable shops who were more than welcoming and we spent a ton of money elsewhere. Their loss.

I was still on the hunt for a magnet from Hilton Head, but wasn't able to find one that I liked at the Caligny Plaza. They have some really cute magnets here that I didn't see anywhere else. They also have a large selection of really nice home goods, including some super cute little sauce bowls. I also picked up a Christmas ornament. Staff were very nice and friendly. They even wrapped one of my magnets up nicely when I told her it was a gift for my mom.

It was pretty busy with people grabbing ice cream, snacks, and souvenirs, which gave it such a fun vacation vibe. They have a self-serve soft serve ice cream station along with a huge candy section where you can fill a bag with however much you want. Honestly, they seem to have just about anything you could need during your trip. My husband ended up buying a Hilton Head T-shirt, and I found the cutest oyster shell ornament for our Christmas tree. While checking out, I looked over by the ice cream section and spotted the viral chicken wing ice cream that's apparently made in Charleston, South Carolina. I got way too excited because I've seen it all over social media but had never found it in person before, so of course I had to buy it. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. They also have a front patio area where you can sit and enjoy your snacks, plus extra racks of clothing outside if you're souvenir shopping. Overall, this place has a little bit of everything and is definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Plus this is walking or biking distance to some of the beach resorts nearby. They have a good variety of wines, seltzers, beers and infused adult beverages. Snacks are plentiful, there's an ice cream bar and at some times of day, hot food is available. It's all a pretty chill atmosphere. If you forgot sunscreen, swimsuits, bug spray, band aids they have all that too. Plus kids beach toys and souvenirs. Plenty of HH logo tee shirts and water shirts to choose from. Spartina 449 is an upscale women's clothing line plus handbags, accessories, jewelry, etc. I was absolutely smitten with the colorful clothing showcasing both classic and modern styles. Being in the store provided a unique shopping being in South Carolina experience appealing to us women. However, be prepared for the higher than expected prices. Then we ventured to Francesca's. When I lived in Wyoming, I shopped at one of Francesca's only store in Cheyenne and thought it was a lovely boutique with a mix of "girl next door" clothing, fun/cute accessories. Although, overtime, the store has changed like for what I remembered., but he still has some worth getting pieces. Danielle, the store Clark, was very friendly, and it was truly a pleasure meeting her. I bought 2 dresses and a few accessories.
