I ordered the chair through him and was told it would take 8-11 weeks. I was patient because I was REALLY wanting this particular chair. I arranged it to be shipped to a friend's house in New Jersey since they don't ship to Texas. Lots of time passed so I called and spoke with a different person. I was told the chair was still good to go and I should hear something soon. I waited. Nothing. After a few months, I called the original sales person. He said he would check on things. A week later I was told the chair was discontinued. Why was it on their website and why was I repeatedly told it was fine and would be delivered soon? I went ahead a gave Raymour & Flanigan 2 stars just because the sales people I spoke with were very nice and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. As far as the store itself, there is obviously a problem with marketing and their digital presence.
