I did not even know that this store actually existed. My sister wanted to go to this store to pick up a few items and I found it interesting. The staff: They seem friendly here and they do ask if you need help. They also let you know that you have a discount to use. The staff is helpful here and they know what they are doing. There are some staff members that stand around just talking as if they do not have anything to do. Cleanliness: The store is clean with no garbage in sight and is well stocked and organized. Items are easy to locate in this store. Pricing: The prices varies but most of the items are cheaper than other places. You just have to use your best judgement to see if this store is cheaper or other competitors. Overall: I would probably come back to this store again to take a look at some display cases for my Legos. read more

Looking for storage options? The quality is generally impressive. The options are usually numerous. Store service is great -- I ordered something online which arrived damaged and swapped it out at store without a need to show anything to get the job done. I am a fan of the Elfa product line. I like the way it hangs on the walls and the flexibility of the storage options within the line. The more custom product line is good too but it still falls short of completely bridging the gap of quality to full custom solutions. Their design staff works well to sort something out for purchase AND installation. However, even given all the above the push down to three stars for me is the followup on minor issues with design and installation. As in post sale and post installation it feels like -- for me anyway -- that they didn't care anymore. read more

And the beautiful thing is, once you're hooked, the sky high pricing will almost feel comforting and leave you with new respect for the androgynous army of overweening staff, all too eager to enable your clutter-strewn phobias. If the eradication of clutter had a cult, you've found your religion. So, go upgrade to that 7,000 square foot, mega-mansion, The Container Store is there to make it feel like 14,000 and melt your credit card in the process. When every other store is lowering their prices to get people to come in and shop again this greedy company has just jacked up their prices by at least 20%. I went in there July 7, 2020 and was ver unpleasantly surprised as I was about to purchase numerous refrigerator organizational products for my new fridge. I walked out of the store and I don't think I will be ever purchasing anything from this place. j Just absolute stupid business sense plus you can also find a lot of their stuff elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Great place to get organized. Clean and spacious store with helpful workers throughout the store. Even the bathroom is clean everytime I've been in there. Here its all about knowing what to buy. Some storage items are super expensive but you can find good deals for high quality bins and dividers. It's really all about your priority as what spaces you really need help with. I was looking for dividers and racks for kitchen cabinets and I was not disappointed. Lots of customizable options to rework those cabinets. Overall a great store to get your life organized. read more

Holy cow this place has every type of storage item you could think of. From containers for food , clothing , for animals, closet organizers , garbage cans and the list keeps going. You can also find a large selection of travel containers that are TSA approved. You could probably go crazy just on the little decorative storage items . The lines were super crazy because today was the Grand Opening. The parking lots are pretty small for all the stores they have in that section. Isles are a little tight so if you have the kiddies watch out with those curious hands. read more

I've been dreaming of visiting the container store for several years (ever since I got hooked on HGTV), so I was ecstatic to find one had opened in my hometown. Visiting it was disappointing though. Not sure what I was expecting, but most of the things in the store could have been found at Bed Bath & Beyond, Staples, or Target. Only a few items really fascinated and excited me, including a soda pump, vegetable freshener, and microwave steamer. I liked the closet and home office displays, which had clothes and shoes to simulate a real home. But I wish they did similar things for the other organizing items as well - there were walls full of small containers and I had no idea what they were used for. read more

I understand that the zombie sheep who do no research at all are running in fear with this covid stuff. However, my state does not have a "law" that one's nose must be covered when entering a store, that is strictly co policy. The other stores in the same Bridgewater strip mall are not policing to this extent. As soon as I entered this location, the manager on duty 10/16/20 at around 12ish pm demanded I cover my nose. I told her no I don't breathe in carbon dioxide. she says its store policy, at this point, l turn around and leave. All you non-sheeple out there, do not waste your time going to this store. The staff is very warm and friendly. Could be because today is the grand opening but I hope not very helpful in where to go in the store and for what. I can see me making regular trips for organizational needs. But spending a lot not realizing how things add up. The travel section seems very useful. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. My friend and I came in and asked for help and the employees were extremely rude and judgmental. We asked for a couple of cases of items and realized they did not fit in the car, we tried to find an employee to let them know how much we actually needed. Finally after getting help, the manager Mark made a comment saying "Well I wish I would've known that before I got this many cases". I was shocked at the unnecessary disrespect. We received and attitude for every question we asked and I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I will never be returning. read more

I love this location of container store. It is organized and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Be mindful not everything is kept out on the shelves (seems like some items are not restocked on the shelf regularly) so just ask the staff to grab one from the back if it is available. read more

LOVE this store! First of all, this store is a dream for my type-A, OCD, organization-obsessed personality. With that being said, this place has every organizational item you can possibly think of. Though they are a little pricey, most of their items are things you can really only find here and their products are very high quality. All of the things I've bought here have held up very well and have never had any issues with. Their customer service is also stellar. Any time I've needed assistance finding an item, an employee knew the store like the back or their hand and would immediately walk me to it. Most recently, I came here to purchase a storage bin. Upon checking out, I mentioned to the employee that I had received my birthday coupon via email last month but it has since expired since I wasn't home to use it. Without hesitation, she told me it was no problem and that she would still give it to me. Before I could even sift through my email, she had applied the coupon to my order. I was pleasantly surprised that she was so quick to help me. I highly recommend checking this store out if organization is your thing!
