The staff has been nothing but friendly, welcoming and helpful when it came to handling your visits and medications. My appointment was this recent Friday afternoon following my 6 month follow-up back in January. Let's not hold the suspense as to how it went shall we? After giving urine samples and vitals checked, Dr. Robeson came in with his usual smile. We talked for a bit regarding our recent health stauses and did physical checks. At first, it was a semi-check, but I wanted to make sure everything was good, which it was. Both the urine and blood work came back normal for yours truly. Another visit with great results. I got a rash while I was doing prolonged fasting called a ketosis rash and he said it was a heat rash, which no it isn't, I've been in the AC all week barely been outside not from heat at all, but he wouldn't listen. Said that my lighter skinned areas (I'm mixed black and white) were from a mold from the "heat rash." No that's called being mixed race I've had lighter toned areas from childhood as well as my siblings and other mixed race people I know. On my notes after my visit there were things on there I never said. Wanted to correlate my main problem, which is that I have a hard time eating due to gut issues, to the possibility of having endometriosis, which is a possibility but wouldn't do any of the testing I was hoping for for my stomach. Receptionists are kind, to the point and do not beat around the bush in person or on the phone - this could be misinterpreted by some as rude, but I can assure you with how busy they can get having been here a few times, they just want to ensure everyone is seen to in a timely manner, and I appreciate their efforts. Currently the waiting room is under construction, but only to better it's appearance and structure and make more room. As far as doctors go, Dr Leavey has been looking after my husband for years and recently myself since moving from London, and is an exceptional doctor. I highly recommend this practice.

The doctor is nice enough but the office is beyond slow. To get paper work from them is like…read morepulling an arm. My aunt waited over 2 weeks to get her paper work for prescriptions. My niece waited over a month for her paperwork (afterwads she got a new doctor) and my mother on 2 occasions had to go back to the office or call several times to get her prescriptions filled out. My mother's case they were suppose to send the prescription to her pharmacy, she went to pick up the medication the next day and was told the prescriptions were not sent in. Then she went to the office to get the hard copy and told they would call her back when b it was ready. After several hours of waiting she called back to be told by the receptionist the doctor has not gotten to it yet and when asked when to expect the prescription my mother was told the receptionist did not know. Come on now we are talking about a person's health and a order of French fries. I am not looking to get my mother and aunt a new doctor. A doctor who can get things done in an acceptable manner of time and one that does not have such restrictive office hours. The only reason I gave the office 2 stars instead of 1 was because the doctor was nice. If I ever find out the office time management changes I will change my rating ,but for now, sorry I WOULD NOT recommend this office to anyone for care.

Disgusted and shocked that he still has a medical license. My father died and my friend had a…read moreheart attack recently and both were his patients. My mom was his patient until I witnessed the poor treatment she received not only by Dr Graham but his two receptionists. My mom is now under my Drs care (TPMG) and her vital signs have been improving tremendously. She has high blood pressure and has had a few emergency visits to the hospital but now her blood pressure is under control due to my Dr providing her with the proper medicine. Dr Graham just kept her on the same meds knowing she was in bad shape. He also took my friend off of her blood pressure medication and she had a heart attack three days later. My father died of congestive heart failure and was under Dr Graham's care. I believe my dad would still be here today if he had a different Dr. If you want your loved one to have the best care possible please DO NOT take them to this Dr.
