Let me give my honest review first I made an appointment and was told we were in network with my insurance and I called my insurance to be sure and they were not in network. So I informed the office staff who contacted AETNA who said they didn't have the correct forms and this provider was removed from there preferred list. Well I waited til all the paperwork was done and then I made my daughter's appointment. I asked up front what my total cost would be cause this place requires you pay up front and they charge a fee if you miss payment or it's late. So at her appointment I paid for everything up front and we were done, I paid for everything! Then the doctor office sends me a bill for $398 and said my insurance wouldn't cover the whole thing. So I asked for what code was not covered and even asked the manager call me so I can take the info to my insurance and see what went wrong. Well the manager never called me and when I would call she wasn't in office. Well today I get another bill and the amount is now $405.68 when I called to pay today I informed the gal how shady this is and I will leave a review outlining how horrible and shady the billing is and it isn't right! You work hard to pay for things then they slap you with a fat bill and no one wants to explain it and instead of taking my card so I can pay she put me on hold for 10 min. I hung up and called back and then they took my card. They make you sign a contract prior to having anything done and they charge you when it isn't paid. Keep in mind I paid for everything up front and they had all the prior authorization done so I knew what my final bill was going to be. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE AETNA! I took my son here for the same procedure four years ago and the price tripled. You should always be honest in your dealings. Also if there was a mistake made they could have called me and said hey we messed up! I should have know they would screw up the billing since they couldn't file the paperwork to stay enrolled with Aetna.

I went up to the front counter and asked how long the wait was, and they said that they had 3 emergencies walk in and that they needed to be helped first, but that I should be seated in a room within 5 minutes but that the doctor probably wouldn't be able to see me for another 30 minutes! I asked if I could be seen sooner, and they asked if I needed to pick my kids up from school or something, and I said no, but that I am on my lunch break from work and was hoping to be out by 2:30PM at the latest. They said they'll just cut my time short with the doctor then, by giving me 20 minutes instead of the usual 30-35. I stood there, and they said they'd let him know to see me next. I was taken to the back room and continued to wait. At 2:30PM, the doctor finally walks in and said "so you're here for jaw surgery?" and it caught me off guard (I was there for TMJ related jaw pain), and I said no, and he said "well they gave you the wrong paperwork, you'll have to fill out the correct TMJ paperwork before I can see you". The girl brought in the correct paperwork, and I asked if I'll be able to see him as soon as I'm done, she said I should be able to. I finished and gave the paperwork to them. Another 30 mins goes by, and I was ready to walk out, as I kept hearing new patients go into the rooms next to me and he saw them right away. At 3:00PM, I got up, opened the door, and started walking out to leave. The doctor sees me in the hall and he said "I'll be with you soon". I said "I've already been here for almost 2 hours!". He stopped what he was doing and came in my room. He very quickly looked over the paperwork and said that there really wasn't much he could do and that he only does jaw surgery (I was referred to this doctor because he's listed as specializing in TMJD). I was out and in my car by 3:11PM. Complete waste of time and money. There was another review similar to this on Google Reviews, I just wish I would have followed that person's advice and not gone, as I had the same experience.

This year, dentist recommended that she see oral surgeon for evaluation & extraction of her extra tooth so that her permanent teeth can erupt. I don't know of anyone who had this type of tooth removed this young and so nervous about it. I looked around at a few oral surgeons, and emailed Dr. Price's practice inquiring whether they work on patients this young. They do, and they work in conjunction with pediatric anesthesiologists for young patients. At consult, Dr. Price made my child feel comfortable. It was cool to see the 3D images of my child's teeth with the ones growing in and also the extra tooth. My child's consult was at the end of January and her procedure was end of March (today) because that was the soonest the pediatric anesthesiologist would be available at Dr. Price's practice. The pediatric anesthesiologists work directly with several oral surgeons in the area to provide available days to schedule surgery. Cost: you gotta plan for it if you do not have adequate insurance. They quoted $1665 w/o insurance. With my primary dental and husband's secondary dental insurance it was $375 total. The surgery required removal of her other baby front tooth and she also had a wiggly bottom tooth ready to fall out. Writing on day of her procedure. He walked me through the entire process and post-op visits, and he's a genuinely nice, easygoing person who communicates clearly and puts you at ease. His office was also very accommodating, especially considering I traveled from out of state for the surgery. This would have been a 5/5 experience, but unfortunately I ran into issues with the office handling the required paperwork for state disability benefits. Despite following up more than 15 times via email and phone and receiving multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, the paperwork was never filed, which resulted in me losing my state disability benefits (up to $1000). While the office handled my medical insurance and short-term disability insurance without issues, state disability paperwork seems to be different, and this part was not managed successfully. I feel little sorry for them because of so much paperwork they had to do for my case, and they are not used to work with different states disability benefits, but I tried my best for them providing all the neccessary information and help them to file necessary papers. From a surgical and clinical standpoint, I highly recommend Dr. Stosich. I just wish the administrative side, particularly state disability paperwork, had been handled with the same level of care. I was a bit of a special case coming from out of state, so I don't expect most patients to have issues on the administrative side.

We were recommended by our regular dentist, when my son hit the lovely milestone and was ready for the procedure. He had his wisdom teeth out last week and was in and out for the consultation and the procedure in less time than it takes to get an oil change. I never felt rushed, however. The staff took us back to a consultation room where they explained the procedure and gave clear after-care instructions. (We had also received a couple videos via text earlier in the week that went over the same.) They spent plenty of time answering questions and putting us at ease. The recovery and healing has gone even better than we anticipated. No complications, mild pain and discomfort and my son is nearly back to normal a week later. I appreciated that we were given the doctor's direct cell phone number in case there were any issues after hours. Luckily, we never had to use it. But it was nice to know we could if necessary. I saw my new dentist.... ( my old dentist retired) he explained a few things to me about using 3 d printers and taking pictures instead of using a mold which makes impressions. my dentist told me to chuck it. as a result of the hopkins nightguard, i had to see an oral surgeon. two of my teeth front bottom were severely damaged and had to be pulled. I have to have implants and bone graft. My teeth were fine until i placed his  nightguard in my mouth. from the first time i used his nightguard, my bottom two teeth hurt. He told me they would be fine. the nightguard he made was too tight and never fit right. I went through countless adjustments. I wish i had never gone to him. I had many nightguards made for my mouth, and never once did i have these kinds of problems. It was pointed out to me, why would an oral surgeon be making nightguards. From my first encounter with Hopkin, he examined my old nightguard and said it was worn out and i needed a new one. Well, he was wrong. It wasnt worn out. And since chucking the awful one he made me, i am back using the one he said was worn out. My new dentist even said it was still good.  His office insurance person called medicare to check out my insurance. she came back and said that medicare would cover my nightguard. She said i had real good insurance.  All I can say now, is read the reviews. When someone writes a negative review ask yourself why they would spend the time if what they were saying hadnt happened.
