At Smart Skin Dermatology the receptionists and medical staff are all very warm and friendly while also providing excellent medical care/customer service. I saw the PA Shawn, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to break down and explain my questions in depth. At the U's clinics when I tried this the provider looked visually annoyed and would give the equivalent of one word responses. Overall this is a clean practice with exceptional staff and if they are in your network I highly recommend going through them for your next dermatology appointment!

Eventually they did, but then I was contacted by groupon and told I'd receive refunds. They wouldn't honor those vouchers after all! What a scam.
