I think I'd remember having a camera shoved up my nose, but apparently, they insist it happened--and now I'm stuck with the bill. The wait times are just as bad. Don't expect to be seen on time, and if your appointment is later in the day, forget about making it home for dinner. If the Dr does not treat a particular condition, that should have been identified when the appt was scheduled-not after making me wait six weeks in pain. Waiting until the day of the appt demonstrates a serious lack of organization and respect for me as a patient. Rather than taking responsibility for their error, the office simply tried to hand me off to another provider at the last minute. This is not the level of patient care I expect from a specialty practice. Mistakes happen but this one was entirely preventable. Unfortunately this experience fell short of a standard that I deserve and expect. Um, I didn't ask any of that, or even tell him what I just saw, I was just trying to limit my exposure. Then he said he had other patients, finished the exam and sent me for a test. When I got the results (weeks later), it seemed he was still angry. After several requests over several days, he would not call me to review test results or provide follow up care (what to do next), unless I came in for a 'full exam'. He gave me the option to wait 24-48 hours to see if my symptoms subsided (which I was considering) then one thing led to another and all of a sudden I'm being prepped for the OR for emergency surgery, in which nothing was resolved and probably could've been avoided all together. He was also extremely rude to the OR nurses when it came to uploading consent forms. Do not recommend.
