I want to start by saying that Dr. Wilson is an exceptional physician. Compassionate, attentive, and one of the best doctors I've ever had. She has taken wonderful care of both me and my mom. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk (particularly with the receptionist, Brianna) have been incredibly upsetting, and today was my breaking point. I called to verify a prescription issue, and she repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and argued to the point that I started crying. Even then, she showed zero empathy and continued to dismiss me. My insurance representative later called the office and told me Brianna was just as unpleasant and uncooperative with her. And the issue I had been trying to explain -- that my prescription was wrong -- ended up being completely true. Instead of helping resolve it, she talked down to me and chose to argue over a problem that genuinely needed attention. I sincerely hope the office addresses this, because patients deserve compassion and basic respect. Dr. Wilson deserves staff who reflect the same quality of care she provides. read more

Christopher DeAngelis is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Would not write a referral for a second opinion because "I am not a secretary, I will refer you to someone of my choice", then refers you to someone your insurance doesn't cover. Does not care about patients when they clearly have a legitimate medical problem.Walked out of the room and directly into another pt's room while I was in the middle of speaking. Gave me a sample medication that was EXPIRED. Very rude receptionists/front desk staff. Was given the wrong pt's discharge papers and instructions and when I said it didn't make sense or pertain to my case, they were rude as if I was the one who gave someone else's information out.Cried after leaving his office because was not helped AT ALL and wasn't even referred to someone who could help me. ZERO reason to ever step foot into this office. Would give him zero stars if it were an option. Rude, incompetent, unhelpful waste of time and money all the way. read more

Dr.D himself is great but his staff is horrible I called the day before an appointment to possibly be seen over back pain instead of going to the hospital they told they could squeeze me in on the 20th he seen me for my back and talk a little about a previous visits labs but I didn't have all the labs done yet still had an echo the next morning for my visit on the 21st they never told me they canceled my visit on the 21st so I took time from work lost money and now they refused to see me and talk about my echo or give me a doctors note so now I'm gonna get punishment from work front staff is horrible I begged for a note to not get in trouble with work and they just kept saying they told me they switched the date on the phone when they DID NOT and not even all my results were in yet on the 20th so I lost money from work and am now facing attendance punishment thought I found a good doctors office with dr.d but now I'm facing punishment at work I had the appointment on my mychart and everything I even showed them but they refused to acknowledge that and now I'm gonna get in trouble not cool read more

Arrogant person most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. Horrible bedside manner. Do yourself a favor and pick a doctor that actually likes and appreciates you as a patient. read more

I arrived at 3:30 for my appointment. The receptionist was on the phone and then another employee got locked out so she had to go let her in, so we waited at the window for a few minutes. When she finally opened the glass, she said my appointment was at 3:15 and that I would have to reschedule. I thought my appointment was at 3:30. I asked to talk to you and was told that you were in the office but would not be able to talk to me even if I waited. I left the office and went home to listen to the voicemail from the day before. The voicemail confirmed that my appointment was in fact scheduled for 3:30. It is unreasonable that they won't see me even it I was 15 minutes late (which I wasn't). How long do you sit and wait for the doctor anyway? Also, the doctor refusing to come and talk to me. That is just rude! Who wants to see a doctor that refuses to talk to you? Not me! read more

I hated this man. I blame him for having untreated acne for core parts of my life! He will not refer you to anyone because he wants to treat u himself. He will tell you to take sudafed for everything. I had pneumonia and he didn't seem to believe me until after a "cautionary" xray of my lungs. I don't go to the doctor unless I'm VERY sick. He's useless and money hungry. read more

DEANGELIS, CHRISTOPHER R is an awful doctor. Yelled at me when I told him I did not have $1000 to $500 for an insulin pump. I had already checked with the insurance company and could not yet afford one. Instead of him trying to work with me and contact the insurance company to provide me with ( what he thought was proper care) he grabbed his lap top like a 5 year old being scolded and left the exam room. When I decided to give him a second chance in treating me, he informed me I had a rare condition that causes pain (hidradenitis suppurative, sweat gland abscess). I asked what the cause was and how he was going to treat it. I was explaining that I am bleeding through my clothes and in pain. He said ya. Ok. I" ll be back - took his laptop again and left the exam room. He did not return. Like he could not be bothered to talk to me. So far he has billed my insurance co. $253, that with out the $300 premium for blue cross. I think for that much money he could have been a grown up and talked to me. We go to our doctors vulnerable, in pain, and worried. The last thing you need is a doctor that acts like a baby throwing a fit on the store floor. read more
