Dr. King was willing to let me participate in my care. If I wanted to try an alternative treatment or avoid a certain medication, she would always offer other options. I expected at least a message on MyChart. I was told that someone tried calling my old cell phone number and could not reach me. If this is accurate why not send me a letter or message on MyChart? Also, the phone wait time was nearly ten minutes. I'm glad that I was allowed to see the problems with this office before ever going to my first appointment.
