I attempted the call 3 times and the same thing accord. They don't close until 7PM and I needed to get my blood work results from my visit the previous day. This is bad customer service. I would stay away from there after 6PM due to the fact the service may be as bad.

She was also very nurturing and compassionate and she cared for me as if i were her only patient. But....the doctor who treated me went above and beyond in my opinion and he made me feel like a person and not just a patient. His name is Dr. Freimer and with the exception of a couple of other doctor's ive seen there, he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! He was so attentive and compassionate. He took the time to actually listen to me and then did what he felt was best for my care while accepting my input. He was thorough and extremely kind and I am so thankful that he was the doctor who was there that day. He restored my faith in believing that great doctor's who actually listen AND give the appropriate individual care still exist. So THANK YOU DR. FREIMER for being exactly who you are! I pray that God blesses you tenfold for using your gift for the betterment of mankind.

He is genuine, he listens, he is calm, patient, and kind. On top of that he is extremely intelligent. He knows what he is doing and made me feel secure when delivering my child. Doctor Flotz prescribed Lisinopril for me and was kind enough to give me a 90 day extension. He also suggested that I get a blood pressure machine so I could monitor my BP, which I did. Despite the fact that the Lisinopril made me feel horrible all the time, it did bring down my blood pressure. So I called to make an appointment and they said to just come on in and they would update my blood pressure test. I get there and was informed by the receptionist I would have to "redo the entire physical because it had been so long." Also, I would have to pay for a new physical. Really... is 6-1/2 weeks so long? I'm on social security and Medicare. I don't have a lot of extra funds. I wanted to talk to the doctor about changing my medication because the current one makes me sick, but he wasn't in. Guess I'll will have to forfeit my class A license just to feel healthier without the medication. It's all about the money...
