I recently moved to Texas after being with the same doctor in Florida for seven years. I had all of my medical records transferred, including my history with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, and severe sleep issues. Over the past year, I have gone through significant life events, including the loss of both parents and a divorce, making consistent and reliable care especially important. From the beginning, communication with this office has been difficult. I have called numerous times seeking assistance and often felt dismissed. When I asked if the doctor could return my call, I was told she "doesn't usually call patients back," which was discouraging given my situation. There have also been ongoing issues with my medications. Initially, I was only prescribed my antidepressant despite providing my full medical history. At one point, I lost my antidepressant and contacted the office to request a refill in order to avoid withdrawal symptoms. I was told by staff that Lexapro is a controlled substance and could not be refilled, which is untrue. Overall, the level of support and clarity provided has been inconsistent. I understand that policies and regulations exist, and I am willing to follow appropriate steps. However, the lack of communication and professionalism has made it difficult to receive proper care. I will be seeking care elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication, staff training, and patient support--especially for those managing serious mental health conditions.

I had a problem with a test taken there.. the test administrator decided to follow her own opinions instead of following the actual rules of what the test states. Cassy and I went back-and-forth for a while and she said some rude things and I really do not appreciate and clearly stated that her license and opinion matter more than what the test said or what the test instructions say. Which I do understand and I commend her for trying to follow the roles best that she can, but I don't think that should give you the right to decide when something is positive or negative when the manufacturers of the test clearly say that a faint line is negative. All of that aside I was very very easily able to get in contact with higher management very quickly, which was very surprising. Kim, the woman who was finally able to resolve the issue was absolutely fantastic., she did not feed around the bush. She apologized, admitted the mistake and got the issue resolved. When I came back up here to get the form showing that my test was negative there was a little bit more confusion and I was working with Serena this time, she was also extremely polite and courteous was not snappy or had any sort of attitude, and she helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner which I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend People to visit this location. If they are needing to take a test, I would just ask for it to not be administered by Cassidy.

You're under an oath to provide care. Needless to say my mom was discharged with pneumonia and had to be wheeled out of the hospital, later that same day my mom coded and had to be resuscitated in the ambulance...she died 4 days later. She was also very nurturing and compassionate and she cared for me as if i were her only patient. But....the doctor who treated me went above and beyond in my opinion and he made me feel like a person and not just a patient. His name is Dr. Freimer and with the exception of a couple of other doctor's ive seen there, he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! He was so attentive and compassionate. He took the time to actually listen to me and then did what he felt was best for my care while accepting my input. He was thorough and extremely kind and I am so thankful that he was the doctor who was there that day. Not one person did a neuro check or even listened to my chest with a stethoscope. I was kept there around 6 hours. No cat scan and had no interest in what I told them. I was given multiple doses of bp med IV. On the last one my bp dropped from 224 to 165 systolic. I began having chest pain , sob and nausea due to the rapid drop. The nurse tossed me vomit bucket and said "well you are on a cardiac monitor so..." The other nurse drew more blood from my IV with no gloves on and no sanitizer. I've been an RN for 22 years. This is the most appalling place I have ever seen.
