They are communicative and thoughtful in how they approach dental treatment. Sometimes my kids have had a harder time with traditional x-rays because of their sensory sensitivities and if needed, they will use a dental cone beam computed tomography machine which they have in their office as well. They also have something called a Solea laser which is leading-edge equipment that makes things like cavity repair faster and more comfortable. I appreciate dental offices that keep up with technology to improve the patient experience, especially for kids. (Yes, I used to work in the dental industry too!) I would not recommend him at all. He took a big chunk out of my tongue during a crown removal. The assistant blamed it on my tongue moving around during the procedure. I said, so the next patient is going to be told that there is a good chance a chunk of tongue will be taken out during a crown removal? They finally decided to use a tongue depressor to hold my tongue down and keep my tongue out of the way. Their excuse was that they did not anticipate the movement. What is this, the first time they have done this? Then the assistance kept running out of the office to get things. Why were they not prepared for all the tools and items they needed before I got there? There were more issues but I'm only going to concentrate on two: the chunk of tongue they took out and the disorganization. I'm not going back until Dr. Nguyen comes back.
