He comes across as pleasant and attentive to your concerns, but it's a ploy to rope you in as a customer. The plan was lawn services and weed care on Fridays. He would change my scheduled service day without notification or miss them entirely. He damaged the irrigation cover not once but twice and while he stated that he would replace it, he has yet to do so and now it has been an entire month since the damage was done. He doesn't return phone calls or texts for days at a time. Finally, I was due for service and he waits 5 days after my service date to tell me he is no longer providing lawn care. TERRIBLE company. Don't waste your time.
