Poor business practices! I received a recommendation for lawn services with this company, which was a bad idea. He comes across as pleasant and attentive to your concerns, but it's a ploy to rope you in as a customer. The plan was lawn services and weed care on Fridays. He would change my scheduled service day without notification or miss them entirely. He damaged the irrigation cover not once but twice and while he stated that he would replace it, he has yet to do so and now it has been an entire month since the damage was done. He doesn't return phone calls or texts for days at a time. Finally, I was due for service and he waits 5 days after my service date to tell me he is no longer providing lawn care. TERRIBLE company. If I could give a negative rating I would. I am disappointed in myself. First impression: they portray themselves as professionals (far from accurate). I gave these guys a check of $2250 which was deposited & cleared same day to extend my patio. 10 days later excuses. No calls/no shows. I had to initiate phone calls. Which was very irritating to me. Long story short Casey refused to returned my money, therefore I had no other choice, but to report him to BBB & file small claim, which he didn't report to either. Simply despicable! Lack of professionalism. Weeks of communication with owner concerning property damage that occurred during tree removal have led nowhere, and after doing a little research I can see we are not the only family wronged by this company. It really says something when your BBB accreditation is revoked and you have 1 Star on google. I wish we'd done our due diligence prior to working with this company. read more

Regrettably i allowed owner to talk me into making equal monthly payments for year-round lawn service even though it meant I would be paying more than necessary in the months of January, February, March, November and December but it would even out over the course of the year. That was before the owner stopped servicing yards completely at the end of May. At that time I had pre-paid the equivalent of $150 for services yet to be rendered. After politely asking for my money i was told by the owner that he'd be out within a few days...that was followed up by similar promises...here it is now almost 3 months later and I still haven't received my money back and the owner has stopped responding. I found out about Casey Coufal as we were moving across the ocean from Hawaii. He helped me decide on a cut grass schedule. This was all before we moved in and I didn't want the lawn to look crazy. He was honest, price point amazing. He is always on time, schedules on your time and always gives you a heads up if something changes. He recently redid our front lawn landscaping and it's amazing!
