The owner was incredibly kind, returned my call, and assured me that someone would be able to take care of me. When I arrived, there was a miscommunication and I was initially told they were closed and couldn't see me. I contacted the owner, and she immediately apologized, explained there had been a misunderstanding, and asked me to please come back so Helena could take care of me. And I am SO glad I went back! Helena was absolutely AMAZING. She was warm, professional, attentive, and so apologetic about what had happened -- even though it wasn't her mistake. But what truly blew me away was her work. My nails came out absolutely beautiful! I went in needing an emergency fix and walked out knowing I had found my new nail salon and my new nail tech. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner's father, Jose, who was so kind and welcoming. For this to be my first visit, they made me feel like I had been a client for years.
