I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. No customer should be treated this way or feel unsafe simply for voicing concerns. Not all customers are always right but in this situation, we were not at fault. Avoid this business, as the manager also failed to de-escalate the situation and allowed the aggressive behavior to continue.
