They have no idea of schedule , or communication . the process takes several months , and excuse after excuse about when the product is to be manufactured or installed . Then when they give a date to install , they don't show nor call , have us to explain to our client that they stayed home and we were there for no reason . The manufacturing floor has lost temp plates for railings which further delayed installation . I have tried several times to reach Mr. Flores the owner of the company to express my frustrations , even to drive to their office to discuss the disconnects , to be told by their office Manager that he is not there but she would be sure to give him my contact info to discuss , weeks have gone by when no return call . We will be severing ties to a once " Professional " company .
