Working with Glenn is like working with a fellow fabricator rather the other supply shops that just want to make the sale and send you away. They pointed out one other issue that may need repair in the next year (a failing hinge), but said that it was fine for now, did not put pressure on fixing - just said to call when ready to get it repaired.
