I was happy to meet a new stylist and made an appointment for 2 pm with Hanna. I was in the area early so I stopped at about 12:45 to check in. A lady at the desk confirmed it was 2. I returned at 1:45. The shop is one small room with waiting and stylist all in the same open room. I was seated about 20 feet from Hanna's chair and everyone can see everyone else in the shop. At 2:30- 30 MINUTES LATE-and after I had sat looking at everyone for 45 minutes------ No one had indicted she was running behind; No one smiled No one acknowledged my presence in any manner. Being that late is bad enough, but the rudeness and lack of consideration made it evident my business was not wanted or appreciated. read more

The ladies in the shop are very conscientious, and do whatever they can to make customers feel welcome and comfortable. I wanted an ombré and had seen another stylist for my hair a couple months ago. She did not tell me she couldn't do it and led me to believe she could. She said it was going to take several visits to complete what I did in one with Lana. I ended up with light highlights, not an ombré at all. I went to see Lana and she was amazing. After having the day to realize how incredibly frustrated and upset I was about our experience with my son's haircut I decided to go in to talk to Christy about our experience with Melanie. Explained the whole incident to her, although she had already seen my review, and she was extremely apologetic. She assured me that this was not the norm, that she would speak to Melanie about it, she refunded our money and offered to cut my son's hair (once it grows back), for free. So I appreciate Christy's apology and her handling of this incident and I do like her establishment. However, I can not recommend Melanie as a stylist not only for her ability to cut hair but for her overall manner in her treatment of us, because of her lack of professionalism my son has to suffer with a horrible haircut for weeks. I realize it is unfair to give the whole place low stars based on one employee so for this review I will give 4stars for Christy's handling of the situation, if I could I would give 0 to Melanie. read more

I have called the shop 2 or 3 times this last week and all I get is an answering machine. So I left messages. Nobody called me back. I thought maybe they had closed. So this week, I actually went to the shop. I walked right in. I see one person that I think works there, sitting in a salon chair messing around with her phone. She looked up and didn't even acknowledge me. I heard others talking and laughing in the back. I stood there for at least 10 minute. Nothing! I walked back out. I have visited the salon on a Tuesday and made an appointment with Lana for haircut and color. She is absolute best! She went above and beyond my expectations. The blond color she applied came out beautifully! Cold tones just as I wanted. What shocked me the most is that my scalp would hurt so much from bleaching in the past, but this time nothing like that has happened. Once reason for that was that while Lana was applying foils all over my head was that in halftime she has checked multiple times on my lower foils she applied first and when they were done, Lana went to rinse out my hair! I have never had any stylist done that in the past. They would apply foils and wait all the way until the end (until the top has changed its pigment). That has cause the bottom of my hair to be over processed, thin and very tangled after each wash. It was difficult to brush it out... Lana took such good care of my hair that after I have washed them at home none of that above has happened. Lanas professionalism and attention to detail delivered outmost amazing effect that I'm so SO pleased with. I recommend Lana so much! We called on a Friday afternoon at 4 needing a cut and style for my daughter's prom on Saturday. I had driven from Missouri to help her find a dress and get ready on extremely short notice. I came in here looking for something different with my hair. Rachael (her 1st day) was very happy to help me. We looked at photos and discussed what I wanted and what would work with my hair type and length. She took her time cutting and making sure that I was comfortable. She was professionally trained and I am lucky to have found her. The salon is new, clean, funky and fun. All the staff and clients were smiling bopping around to the music. It wasn't too loud so we weren't shouting over the music as I have experienced in some other trendy salons. Price were very fair. I didn't get a color but I did see others getting a color. They seem to be open late but call first as I don't know the hours. I will for sure be back and when I do I will be using Rachael again. read more

On Saturday I got my hair highlighted. Before I left I informed them I wasn't happy with my hair. I was told to try it in, and if I don't like it I could come back. I waited 4 long days, and was angered every time I looked in the mirror. I called on Tuesday when they opened next and they got in that day. She colored it, another time, and it still wasn't what I wanted, even after she colored it 2 times that very same day (and it still isn't' want I wanted). I asked her how much I owed her for the 2nd time I was there to fix the mistake, and she charged me $65 dollars (even after they knew it wasn't the desired color and I settled for it). I also asked to not cut off that much from the back and she took off almost an inch after I told her not to (and she repeated back incorrectly what I asked her to do). I am not happy and I gave up on getting my hair the way I wanted it to be. read more
