He had no idea how our vehicle was badly scratched on the bumper, door, back hatch, hood and front bumper. We explained to him we went to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area during a car show recently and where we parked there were people moving cinder blocks around. The clearances were tight, but at these events you try and do your best. We came back to our car and found what we believe to be concrete block scratches on several parts of our car including the front left fender, front bumper, hood, door, etc. where it appears something literally rubbed against the car and damaged it. I cannot prove it, but I believe some of the damage was purposefully done by someone on site, but I cannot prove it, we were not near the car when all of the damage occured. Other people at the site said they experienced damage on their vehicles as well. Long story short, Mr. Tim Pulliam, an estimator with Gary Force Paint and Body shop comes along "after the fact" and makes a statement to the hatchet lady at State Farm Insurance Company that he just does not see how the damage could occur at the same time, like he was there and witnessed the damage. It's always bad enough working with an insurance company who you have had insurance with for over 20 years on multiple cars as well as home owners insurance to have a know it all estimator from a body shop come along after the fact and try to give the insurance company a reason to deny a perfectly legitimate claim. They came back to us and said, well, we believe we need to charge not one, but 3 $500.00 deductibles! All of this began because Tim Pulliam of Gary Force Body Shop decided he would just flex his guesstimating muscle and throw a huge bolder in the works, where the State Farm Insurance adjuster could come back to us and say, oh, the Gary Force professionals said there is no way that damage could have been done at one time. There are no words to express our anger. I trust you will remember our experience when we took our vehicle to Gary Force Body Shop. This battle is by no mean over yet.

Driving from Indiana on our way to Florida for spring break, a series of dash lights and acceleration issues had us searching for a mechanic in a more urgent way. Not knowing the area, my quick search found Christian Brothers Automotive nearby and after reading their philosophy I knew this is where we were meant to go. Chris greeted us in as a walk in and served us every step of the way. Our vehicle DID NOT make it easy but Jacob, the technician, worked hard to find the root problem, yay for electrical issues. The communication between Miles and Chris to us along the way made us confident we were in good hands and we weren't going to go down the road hours or days and encounter the issue again, the type of service anyone hopes for when your family's safety is of utmost importance. We may have missed Florida for spring break but our family will have an experience and memories to talk about; when situations arise and we don't understand why, we can be assured God knows and puts us where we are meant to be for a reason and it was evident in how Christian Brothers Automotive of Bowling Green were the practical hand and feet of Jesus, in our frustrating situation.

I shot Chris a text and he replied right away. He asked what kind of vehicle I had, engine size, and what type of oil I preferred. He said he would come to my house the next day at 2:00 and get it done while I was working. Chris showed up at 1:45 and was done by 2:20, he also fixed some dashboard warning lights and reset a few things for me at no charge. He's a really nice guy, on time, professional, and does a great job. Very reasonably priced, too, actually cheaper than any other place I've had my oil changed at, and without having to leave my house. I'll be using Chris moving forward and highly recommend that you do, too.

They had to bring the vehicle from Somerset to Glasgow for us, saving us a 90+ mile drive. I waited until one year passed to post a review (11/2025). We just had the 15k service completed earlier this week. Services so far have been priced fair and all indications the job was done well. The speed at which the service is completed is great; very quick turn around. But the availability of scheduling short-notice is fantastic. A previous Nissan we owned and had serviced at another dealer (we live out of town from this dealership) was at least booked ten days out! I have been telling everyone how great Don Franklin is to work with. One of our sons bought a pre-owned Ram from here June of 2024, similar experience. Definitely five stars.

Take my car to get part put on and oil change, and they sent the part back. Tried to make it ALL my fault. Never heard from them when it was delivered or when they sent it back. I drive all the way from Nashville, and all they could do was "order the part again". Uhhh what about my time and gas? It wasn't their problem. I will be letting the joke of a warranty from them run out and will be going somewhere that knows how to communicate with their customers.

Greer Auto Service has totally given new life to my beloved VW Jetta. she is a 2000, V-6 that has…read moreperformed well over the years, minus a few issues thanks to the owner (oops). However, over the past few months I had begun to experience difficulty with the A/C system...would occasionally work though more often not. I was worried about the cost of diagnostic procedures, and once the problem was located, about the cost of repairs. After taking the car to another shop, the freon pressure was deemed appropriate but their options/ideas were stifled at that point. They did suggest taking the car down to Greer's for further evaluation; thus, we were off... The guys at Greer's were able to rule out the expensive fixes (much to my delight) and narrowed the problem down to 2 separate components, each dealing with the electrical system. We opted to go with the least expensive option first, they ordered the part, it showed up on time and had my car fixed in less than an hour. Best part: I HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AGAIN!!!!! And yes, that last statement is extremely important as I will be driving back to Austin Texas in the upcoming months in the evil heat. I am now able to ride in comfortable style :-) Best of all, total cost was $109.05 for both part and labor. Not bad considering past repair bills for the VW. Ouch. So thank you, Greer's Auto Service, for allowing more happy time with my car and for not taking all the money i had (which wasn't much, but happy to have some left over, hehe)! Other notes: the shop was clean, inviting, personnel were extremely helpful, answering all questions I had and even pointing out things on the engine to further demonstrate what they were talking about.
