Kevin serviced our RV this morning and we are beyond impressed! He was on-time, courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. We walked through our list of issues (AC, plumbing, generator, fridge, propane, leaks, wiper sprayer, curtains, DVD to TV, latches) and surprisingly, with the vast nature of what we were asking for, Kevin was confident he could address them all. We were optimistic but skeptical he could but after witnessing his work over a short few hours, he demonstrated and proved his abilities. He also helped us understand why they were occurring and how to prevent them from re-occurring. He worked diligently to repair the majority of the issues. A few require parts and we anticipate a quote soon along with a follow-up visit. His price was reasonable plus he came to us and prevented us from having to run from place to place to get each item repaired. He's hard-working and within 3 hours resolved our troublesome and annoying issues! We wish we had come across Kevin sooner and will certainly keep him in our contacts lists. My wife and I just finished a year long trip across the lower 48 United States, Canada and Alaska. During the trip we have had an electrical issue plaguing our RV. The problem was with a GFCI plug that would continuously trip.
